Would not recommend wasting your time at the grooming salon here. Lazy groomers that constantly call people and cancel their appointments even if it’s the day prior. Charging full price for services they cannot complete due to their own incompetence. Its sad that even one of their own groomers had to made a good review.

I was at Target next door to this pet store & a group of kids were near me being loud & I just see a mouse fall hard onto the floor out of their hands because it bit one of them and peed. I can only assume it came from this pet store. Please watch who you give your animals to. The poor thing was shaken up.

Always find what our dogs' need. Staff is very helpful. Chloe is a great trainer and our mini bernadoodle enjoys her time with Sami and looks so cute after her grooming.

I love this place and I’m always satisfied when I leave. Erica does a FANTASTIC job grooming my standard poodle. She is very attentive to detail and makes sure her nails. teeth ears are done. Of course it’s extra, but with the great service I’m getting it’s worth every penny! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I trust Erica with my pup. She’s awesome, caring and loves everyone’s puppies!

I love this place and I’m always satisfied when I leave. Erica does a FANTASTIC job grooming my standard poodle. She is very attentive to detail and makes sure her nails. teeth ears are done. Don't waste your time going here to buy fish. Go somewhere that you can actually be helped and get what you need. It's not that hard to sell goldfish. Many pet stores do it. In today's world - rude staff is what gets your store closed down, just take a look around. I spend over $100 and buy a fancy bearded dragon and you decide to have a problem with gold fish, I definitely see an issue. Not once asking how the bearded dragon was going to be taken care of. I'm sorry but I'm laughing so hard right now. I've had fish my whole life - get real. I have 5 fish tanks in my home, one being a 55 gallon- plenty big enough. I went down the street and got what I needed, no thanks to Petsmart- but you see money in their pocket. Petsmart -start training your staff correctly before bankruptcy knocks at your door as well. Then when you have corporate call and they don't care, you can tell its fake. People are not dumb. Great training. By the way my fish are doing great.

Brought my dog in for the first time, I usually take her to North Olmsted and will never return to this location. Manager is extremely rude! Also, my dog is always excited upon pick up and the car ride home and she was not this time around.

I took my precious doodle here for a haircut and because of the reviews I had a groomer named "Brittany S" groom her I was so scared to allow someone near her after her last groom. Somewhere else. Brittany was so sweet and caring towards my 2 year old doodle. She called me with updates and I got her a nice spa day. The total came out to $118 which is less then our old groomer which we LOVE and her haircut was better as well. We did notice that TIPS were only in cash so we did bring that as well as her rabies paperwork. I will only allow her to touch my babies from now on.
