I just had a great experience purchasing a new camera and lens at Pixel Connection. Bill was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me showing me different camera and lens combinations. This is something you're not going to get by buying equipment on line. I highly recommend this place

I love shopping locally and supporting businesses like Pixel Connection. Their prices are competitive, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I recently placed an order online, and to my surprise, I received my item the very next day! I was thoroughly impressed with their fast delivery and excellent service. Pixel Connection is definitely my go-to shop from now on.

I’ve been buying from The Pixel Connection for years.. mostly big purchases like cameras and lenses. Even though they’re a bit far, I always make the drive because I know I can count on Matt to help me with my order ahead of time, answer one or a million questions, and have everything set so all I have to do is pick up.
I went in Saturday to grab an order Matt helped me pay for in advance. He wasn’t there, but he’d already let the team know, and Scottie and Bill were ready. I also desperately needed my sensor cleaned (I’m too scared to do it myself). While Bill took care of that, Scottie and I had a great conversation about work and the kind of photography I do. He was genuinely enthusiastic about how the lens would support it and gave me lots of tips on how to optimize my experience with the lens.
Bill brought back my camera, freshly cleaned and looking beautiful. Scottie helped me get familiar with the lens, and overall the whole visit was smooth, helpful, and human. It’s nice knowing I can show up, ask questions, and actually talk to people who care. Always appreciate the good conversation, solid advice, and great service. Thanks, as always, for helping me grow and keeping me rolling!

Avoid passport photo services at this store.
I visited specifically to get a passport photo for an expedited renewal, assuming a store advertising this service would have the proper tools and trained staff. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
A week after submitting my application, I received a letter stating the photo did not meet requirements—specifically, the face size wasn’t within the required 1 to 1 3/8 inches. I returned to the store to request a retake or a refund. They assured me they could take a compliant photo, but after 20 minutes and six failed attempts, they still couldn’t get it right.
They seemed unsure how far the camera should be from my face, and their equipment didn’t allow them to digitally zoom or resize the digital image. The face size was either too small or too large every time. Eventually, they offered a refund.
I ended up going to CVS, where I could take the photo on my phone, and their system resized it correctly. They even provided a certificate verifying the photo met passport standards.
Unfortunately, the expedited fee I paid for the passport processing was wasted, and I had to pay again to mail a new photo. It’s shocking that a store offering a “professional” passport photo service can’t deliver a basic, compliant image.

Bill and Scottie were top-notch! Extremely helpful, friendly, and not pushy. The store was very clean, streamlined, and well-categorized. This was my husband's 2nd time there, and my first. I will definitely be back.

This business was a new find for me!! Amazing customer service. Called on a Tuesday afternoon to verify that they actually had the elusive Sony a1ii in stock and I had the camera in my hands by noon the following day (with no extra shipping costs). Offered a very fair price on my trade in. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The best camera store in Cleveland HANDS DOWN. We shop here for all of our gear (new and used). We also trade in a lot of our gear to used items at PC a d they give us super fair pricing. Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable about everything they sell and they aren’t afraid to give you their honest opinions. They carry big brands, but also niche brands (which I love!). I live on the east side and drive by three other camera stores to get to Pixel Connection and it is always worth it. Matt is fantastic and will make sure you’re all set up! (Photo taken with the camera purchased in store!)

I've purchased serval lenses and traded gear in at The Pixel Connection. Each time I go in, the team members I have worked with are knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel bad asking questions, and I always appreciate their recommendations and never feel pressured to buy something. This is my go-to camera store!

Can’t really give a good or bad review. Tried buying a camera from their site , both orders were cancelled by their system . Unfortunate. We’ll see if I get my refund on time . Prices seemed decent but I guess I’ll just have to find another place.

they were very friendly here. however, the solar film i bought didn’t work for the eclipse. i was suspicious because it was mirrored on both sides rather than one side like my Thousand Oaks filter. maybe my misunderstanding on what i was buying, but even fully at 1/8000 and f32 it was not dark enough.

Nice enough folks, but holy cow they are sharks when trying to trade in our sell gear. I had a professional several year old cinema camera that I knew would sell easily for $1400 - $1600. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of selling so I went in, thinking I'd let em make $300 - 500 for owning the business etc and I would take around $950. They offered me $400 and said I'd be lucky to get it. Well the camera sold on Ebay in 15 min for $1625 after fees and all I was able to get $1300. If they would have been at least not been insulting they could have had my business.
