If your new to the world of photo and video or your an experienced professional or hobbiest then your looking at the right place to shop! Pixel Connection's staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable. I have yet to ask a single question they weren't able and willing to answer. Andrew, Scotty and Michele have been invaluable sources of expertise and world class customer service. Not to mention their amazing selection of gear! Every kind of brand, or piece of gear you could ever need is their. Even their used equipment is in top teir condition. And if they don't have it SURPRISE they can get it! Don't even get me started on pricing, it's fair and competitive. I've shopped here numerous times now and each time I've gotten and amazing deal on gear and a phenomenal customer service experience. It's my candy land toy store all in one and I will not hesitate to shop their again.Unfortunately I neglected to get pictures while I was running around gushing in excitement over every little thing but I'll definitely get some the next time I'm in ?

Every single member of the staff was extremely knowledgeable, offered much needed advice they even have classes you can take for just about anything to do with photography, if you're looking to buy a new or even used camera Canon Sony Fujifilm etcetera they have it all at a competitive rate. If you're a beginner and you don't even know what you're looking for just step in and any of the associates there will help you Scotty and Andrew helped me when I came by highly recommended. Forgot to take pictures of inside the store but I had some pictures of me taken so here they are look at the background I guess!

This store is the best in our book. I have been in Dodd camera and didn’t feel the care at all BUT Pixel showed that they care for you. Matthew explained everything and he has a lot of knowledge, very patient with me. I had a lot of questions and I always confused him but very patient and listened. Michelle and Andrew they took care of me too. This store are the best in town. We will drive here over again because of the care we feel.

Ordered a Fujifilm camera from their shop in Ohio, it shipped quickly and was packaged well. Matched the photos and description, was all in great quality. Would buy here again.

This is to help you select a fine camera and gear store without any reservations. Select this one from others out there.. Aside from having an impressive array of photography products, their customer service and care is very impressive. We had bought a beautiful Panasonic FZ300 for our 18-year old son, interested in photographing water fowl and other game birds in fight. After reading through the instruction manual and tinkering with the camera functions, turned out camera was way too complicated for a beginner, and the manual was causing him more angst than enjoyment. About a month had gone by when our frustrated son informed us that the camera was too challenging and just not right for him. I contacted PC and spoke with Alexis in Avon to explain that our son had wholeheartedly tried to work the camera, but to no avail. I requested a return authorization. Alexis had informed me PC has a 14-day return policy. We asked her to consider our special situation. She did; Alexis demonstrated that PC is not just an ordinary brick and mortar facility, it is a place where their personnel are bright and have a heart and a soul. Alexis kindly reconsidered our special situation, bent the 14-day return policy, and sent us a RA. This is the place to confidently spend your hard earned money on camera products. You will be conducting business with genuinely compassionate people. They also demonstrated their dedication to provide great products and customer service. They've earned our trust as a credible online store. We don't live near Ohio, but we will be conducting business online with PIXEL Connection again.

This has been my favorite place to buy photography equipment for quite a while now. My biggest purchases have been two Sony A7IV cameras and a Tamron 28-200mm lens. Thanks to my rep Ari Lee that always takes great care of me, I keep coming back to this store. I rather buy from them than from unknown sellers, even if what I'm looking for, is cheaper somewhere else, I stick to their products cuz they never fail me. Shipping is really fast, Never even needed to pay extra. Photography equipment is not cheap, so I recommend using someone you can trust! Thank you Ari for always fulfilling my orders so quick and for all your fast communication!

With Pixel Connection, I received a 16 x 24 print from a Kodachrome slide that was exceptional. Most important, I was served from start to finish by a Michele Schneider. She was exceptional: keeping me updated, providing me with best options, and immediate updates. Rare these days. Pixel was mentioned from other photo services in Nashville, they have a reputation.

Whether you are a pro or just love photography, Pixel Connection in Avon is the place to go on Cleveland’s west side. The staff can answer your questions, and help you find just what you are looking for. So much better than browsing the internet. Definitely check out this great big toy store for photographers!

I simply Googled "places to sell my camera" and PIXEL was the first local place to pop up. Their sell/trade form is very easy and user friendly. Matt was very kind each time I called with questions. They are quick and responsive. A very smooth sale for someone who hates Facebook marketplace! Thank you Matt and PIXEL staff! Best customer service!
