“This is my second five star review BECAUSE of employee named "Matt" whom answers the phone and seems to run things. This is the second occasion a retailer had messed up my address and the SECOND time Matt helped me track it down and get it to me. When he is working, I have to imagine things go smoothly. I'd also like to thank Lou. He was also very professional and kind when I come into the post office in-person. Thanks to you both for making stressful situations less stressful. You both should be promoted and/or receive a raise. People like you are becoming rare these days. Thank you and keep up the great work.Another GREAT experience on 02/09 with Bailey who answered the phone. I was/am very nervous about a sentimental item that was not scanned / lost in the system. She was calm, professional, and kind. Although I am still waiting for an update, I wanted to be sure to mention Bailey specifically as an outstanding employee. She even took my number to call me personally when it updates. BEST USPS employee I've ever spoken to. (Matt from above is great too)”
“I want to give a big gold star to a mail carrier named Mohammed, he delivers to our building and could not be any kinder! He always have a smile and a hello to all the residents and does a great job! He really stands out as someone who loves their job and the people on his route, we need more people like him in this world!”
“Shannon is a really wonderful person he’s great always took care of me with my packages and even gave my kid a toy and treats everyone with respect great customer service I even came last minute a couple times and made it and always been taking care of me I definitely recommend this post office to anyone you won’t go wrong love this post office!!! :)”
“Every time I go in here and ask to ship something to a friend as quickly but as inexpensively as possible, the customer service people at this post office are always really helpful, as well as personable and efficient. I love this place. They clearly tell you how to wrap your package, what type of label to use, and then let you know what your options are in terms of shipping times and costs.
On more than one occasion, I have seen some of these postal workers faced with some exceptionally difficult customers. I personally would have lost my temper but they never did. They simply kept patiently explaining to the woman that she needed to contact the vendor if her package had been shipped to the wrong address.
They're professional, they're kind, and they know what they're doing.
I am proud to call this station my neighborhood Post Office.”
“I drive from Westlake, past the Westlake post office to come to this location for any mailing needs I have. Friendly staff but more importantly, much faster service than my hometown post office in Westlake. Yesterday I had to wait about five minutes and the guy apologized to me repeatedly.
Can't believe this is a government run place at how efficient it is.”
“Around 4:00 today, Thursday February 2, I stopped in to the North Olmsted USPS to mail a package. I was initially, unintentionally curt with the postal worker helping me due to my own labeling error on the package. I appreciated her candor and patience with me and we were quickly having pleasant conversation while she clarified some questions I had as she processed my delivery. It is often too easy to be curt with customer service workers. Though I did not get her name, I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her professionalism, subtly reminding her customer that she is part of my customer service process too. Keep up the great work. Thank you!”
“I live a half an hour away from this post office and I stopped in to drop off a package. While in line, I noticed the item I was delivering was sticking out from between the box and box opening. I thought I was not going to be able to have the package delivered when the front desk clerk was kind enough to put tape over the opening. I am so very grateful due to the timeliness needed in this delivery. As a former employee of the post office, I applaud his hospitality as I know this is not the norm. Keep it up and and I hope your energy spreads throughout the post office culture.”

“I came to the North Ridgeville branch because the employees at the Avon usps are awful. So rude, and complaining non stop about how much they hate their jobs. I had a very different experience here. The workers were friendly, kind and professional. I will gladly drive out of my way to come here vs the Avon branch which is right around the corner from my house. Thank you.”

“I come to either buy stamps or ship items , never had an issue , special thanks to the older gentleman I believe his name is Craig . He is an asset to the post office . Wait time not bad , only issue I had I requested on many times fir them to stock the Eid stamp and they never do.”
