Our child started primrose Northridgeville shortly after they opened the doors for the first time . I can remember being on a waiting list for 3 different schools . Primrose was the best decision to date ! Our family is so pleased with the staff as they have become family to us ! The teachers are extremely supportive , loving , caring & genuine. Sara , Mrs . U

There Daily curriculums have been essential to our child’s growth ! And not to mention the parents of my child’s friends have become friends . Thank you primrose school of Northridgeville for being such a wonderful place! We are grateful for your service today and everyday ! 10/10 ⭐️

My daughter goes to Primrose and as a working and a first time parent I can’t talk about how much paranoid I was. However, right from tour and discovery day, both me and my DD both felt so comfortable.
It’s a home away from home. All the teachers in whichever class we have been so far are so welcoming, always smiling and happy to help and care deeply for children. What I like most is open communications, no matter what - good bad ugly, they’ll pickup phone and communicate to me as a parent and let me make a decision if it’s something which matters to me or what action I would prefer them to take. I like the communications system Procare, though it has its own limitations but love the regular information about how my DD’s day is going on and love to see the pictures. Overall, Primrose is the best decision we made for our daughter and our family. Kudos Primrose team!

We cannot say enough wonderful things and express gratitude about Primrose School of Avon. From the moment we enrolled our child, we felt welcomed by the leadership team and supported us each step of the way. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. They create a warm and nurturing environment that feels like a second home. The activities throughout the day are engaging and educational, allowing the kids to explore their creativity while developing essential skills. Our child has blossomed socially and emotionally since starting here, and we love the daily updates and photos that keep us connected. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities, which gives us peace of mind and made us enroll our second kid as well at Primrose School of Avon. If you’re looking for a daycare, don’t look further, we highly recommend Primrose School of Avon. We couldn’t be happier!

PROS: We had a WONDERFUL experience over the last few years with both of our sons enrolled at Primrose of Avon :) Both boys started at young toddler and when we left (we only moved bc we wanted a daycare closer to home) my oldest was about to start pre-K and youngest about to turn 2. The caregivers in their classrooms are AMAZING. So loving and attentive to the children, you can tell they really care. It is invaluable to find genuinely good people that you know you can count on to trust your babies with. I can honestly say that neither of my boys have had a single teacher at this daycare that we didn’t love. They became like family to us and I could not be more grateful for each and every one of these kind souls who loved my babies like their own! Not only were the caregivers wonderful, but the ladies at the front desk also felt like part of our extended family. Every morning, we were welcomed with a smile and a “Good Morning!” as we walked through the door. (A note on safety – it was very reassuring to know that someone was always near the front door, to ensure that anyone who entered the building was indeed supposed to be there.) Communication was excellent. Typically whenever I emailed with questions or concerns, Ms. Cumberledge or Ms. Guerrieri responded within an hour or so. I received consistent updates all day long from the classrooms through the Procare App (most days 5-15 photos AND curriculum updates so I knew exactly what my kids were learning and what activities they were doing) as well as the expected updates on sleep/eating/diaper changing etc. I felt confident while my kids were at Primrose that they were always learning and being constantly challenged and engaged. You could tell the various activities, crafts and other projects that were planned out for the kids were done so very thoughtfully. Even for the young toddlers, they were constantly making artwork and participating in activities that helped promote development and growth.
CONS: The reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 star is because I would have really liked to see the franchise owners show more care towards their employees as well as the classroom needs. Also, as good as communication was with the teachers and school directors, it was quite opposite with the owners themselves.
Overall, I do recommend this school and if I had to do it all over again, this is definitely the daycare in Avon that I would choose.
