Whatever upgrades have been done it's very noticeable and it's also appreciated. My car comes out much cleaner. Also, having the towels and cleaning products is a great upgrade as well. Keep up the excellent work!??

I have been going here with my boyfriend since it was named Rainforest and I originally thought it was a nice easy wash. But since its switched to Whistle (?) I noticed seeing the same people in the loading area almost every time my bf takes me there. Just recently, a lady ive never seen before, who looked like a manger or shift lead maybe walk in front of the car and behind the building while lighting a cig and it made me wonder who's doing all the work here.

If i could give zero stars i definately would. For starters seeibg that rainforest was bought out by whistle express was a suprise. We LOVED rainforest and tge thorough clean we recieved each time. We opted for the ultimate monthly washes. So seeing if we took the highest monthly package cost would be 27 with free 30 days of unlimited washes. Great deal ! UNTIL card was scanned or should i say SCAMMED by the attendant and to our suprise the price of 42 DOLLARS was charged!! Was told after we went tgru the wash to come in and they will make it right. Noticed the huge difference in the washing of the car..LOTS of brushes and very few washing components!! But at least they kept the outside air dryers. Went inside to speak with the manager about the over charge and he was very gracious and let me know that the refund would be back on my card within 48 hours but that most see the refund within a few hours. Its been 3 days and still nothing. So i guess a visit is prompted the next time i am there if it doesnt appear before. This is the Avon ohio location and in no way do i blame the employees they were all very courteous and helpful. Its a company issue. Not sure if someone washing my windshield before entrance or the micro towels at the end make up for the chincy wash that this company provides with the twice as many brushes inside compared to rainforest. Maybe ill look at what the competetors wash consists of for this price.

I have been coming here for awhile. They now have new owners. Great updates. They have cleaning supplies and towels. One stop car cleaning. Staff is awesome!!! The manager Nicole was very informative about the new products.
