Ashley was terrible. I called her to ask about dying my hair and she explained horrible details and made it seem like hair creame would lift my hair. I am not a professional!!! And she just assumed so and didnt help me at all nor told me I need developer. She made it seem like the developer was in the hair cream. Again i’m not a professional, I don’t know these things and that’s why I called wanting to know? She should be fired.

I didn’t get her name but I almost bought the wella 6N hair gloss and the employee warned me that it deposits darker than the swatch and that if I want it to look like the swatch I should go 1 number up so I did I bought the wella 7N hair gloss and I’m SO HAPPY with the color of my hair!! First at home hair dye experience that went successfull! Can’t help but think how my hair would have looked had she not steered me in the right direction! So happy for the employee’s recommendation!

I went in super frustrated at my hair and feeling hopeless like my hair was never going to be pretty again. I explained my situation to Brittany and she helped me SO much. She found me multiple products to help, explained everything to me step by step and was super realistic and kind. I appreciate her help so much. Thank you Brittany!!

I feel so bad only giving her a 5 star and I forgot to catch the girls name that was working today. Long story short I haven't had a day off in a long time and my hair hasn't been touched in a while. I usually go to the north olmsted store or strongsville, I moved and the staff at Avon is way better. Thanks for the recommendations, my hair looks amazing now. Ya'll rock!

I love this place to death but I’m a little agitated that I drove all this way in Avon and you’re closed your Website says you’re open so I’m a little irritated that I came all this way and you’re not you might wanna just change your website hours immediately
