The other day, I went to Sephora for my birthday freebie to which I was told they were out of stock. It really bummed me out. However, there is a worker there by the name of Neveah. Not only was she so insanely kind, helpful, polite, bubbly and a breath of fresh air, she was overly excited over my kids, making them laugh and smile and helping my 6 year old daughter explore makeup and perfumes while cooing my son and making him giggle. It’s like we were being greeting by a close friend. She was extremely patient, she was very educated and gave amazing suggestions and advice. Her kindness and hospitality made me forget all about my disappointment over my birthday freebie! Thank you so much Neveah for an amazing experience and I truly hope management sees this and gives you a raise or bonus or something rewarding for being an outstanding and lovely worker ❤️ you’re turned my bad day around so thank you :)

Today is my birthday. Its a birthday tradition that I come in for my freebie every year. We came in around 11am Sep 1, I was dressed in ratty Beach clothes, and the girl at the counter, who has a puppy named Daisy was literally one of the most delightful human beings to ever exist. Not only did she make me feel so welcome, her reception was so heartfelt and warm. Thank you so much. Its been such a hard year for me, and to have a complete stranger handing out free makeup from one of my favorite stores so heartedly, and to be met with such such kindness was such an amazing start to my day. Thank you!!! This is why I love Sephora. We truly are a "girls girl". This store has a lifelong customer!!!
