My son has been training here for over 3 years. He has grown immensely we are very pleased with his progress! The T3 facility is very clean and has an amazing staff that is willing to answer any questions you may have. They will help you with getting set up with the right person for your needs. The coaching/training staff is the best around. They also have adult classes to help keep you motivated for these active young ones. Definitely recommended for the family⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this place!! The people here are so kind and are willing to help you out in anyway they can. I come here to stay in shape during my off season for lacrosse and they really know how to push me to be my best! I would recommend anyone to come here!!

I have been taking my three sons to T3 Performance in Avon Lake for the past three months, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of training they have received. The dedication and expertise of the trainers, Dale and Trevor, have truly made a positive impact on my sons' development as offensive and defensive linemen.The commitment to excellence at T3 Performance is evident from the moment you step foot in their facility. Despite the long drive of 1 hour and 10 minutes each way, the results have been more than worth it. Every Saturday from 7:15am until 10:45am, Dale and Trevor have provided my sons with personalized training sessions that have greatly enhanced their lineman skills and techniques.The training sessions at T3 Performance focus specifically on offensive and defensive lineman skills and moves. Dale and Trevor have an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of these positions, and they have tailored their coaching methods to address the unique needs of each of my sons. Their ability to break down complex maneuvers into manageable steps has allowed my sons to grasp and execute them with precision.What sets T3 Performance apart from other training facilities is their attention to detail and the individualized approach they take with each athlete. Dale and Trevor not only teach the necessary techniques but also instill a sense of discipline and mental strength in their students. They motivate and push my sons to surpass their own expectations, creating an environment where growth and improvement are inevitable.Furthermore, the facilities at T3 Performance are top-notch. The training equipment is modern and well-maintained, providing a safe and conducive environment for my sons' development. My son has been attending classes here for about 2 years and absolutely loves it. The coaches are all extremely helpful and engaged. Pricey but seems to be well worth it.He's made some giant strides on and off the field/ice with the training he's received.The adult gym is nice, slightly dated, but does the job.5/5 all day

Great facility overall! Well kept and always clean. The people who work there are also great and always helpful. Brad is always great about helping with scheduling and any questions and every coach my son has trained with has been awesome!
