I love the manager of the Avon branch! Always so funny and friendly. I have dry cleaning service in my building downtown but I drive out there because of the service and the quality dry cleaning!

My very first time visiting a Tide Cleaners I was met with very a very rude response by the apparent manager of the location. It seemed as though she was mad I got there at 6:49pm when they close at 7pm. I dropped off 5 items of dry cleaning. I almost decided to take my clothes and leave because of how she was acting. The items were promised to be ready the next day (per my receipt) but when I arrived the next day they were not and a different employee (who was very nice) said she did not know when my clothes would be ready. After calling the customer service number, I was told they’d be ready the following day. No apology from the staff at the store. I was able to pick up my clothes and the quality of cleaning was average. Due to my initial experience with the manager, I won’t be back. I recommend checking out other cleaners in the area.

I took 14 shirts to this cleaners to have them laundred, not dry cleaned. All of the shirts were cotten. The shirts were for a woman, the rest were mens. The cost for the mens shirts was $3.89. Without my permission they changed the women's shirt to blouses and charged me $9.39 per shirt. All they had to do is call me, dry cleaning shirts I didn't want dry cleaned. Dry cleaning yellows white cotton shirts! The lady who waited on me told me her supervisor would call, she didn't. When I called the supervisor acted like it was my fault, and they don't call, they just make the change on their own. I can get $5.00 off my next cleaning (she knew there would be no next time), When I was going to suggest she just give the customer a call.... She hung up on me, I didn't get nasty, I just wanted her to know my shirts could have been discolored and I should be given the opportunity to make a decision on how much I would to spend on a service. This place has poor customer service. Don't take your clothes here, they just do what they want to do with them and charge you whatever. If I had got a phone call I would have pick up the shirts I didn't want dry cleaned. And Ms. supervisor the shirts buttoned all to the down to the edge of the shirt, this was her reason for the dry cleaning.
