I have been using Tide cleaners for several years now. That by itself is a statement of support, however, I will add that I am very pleased with the dry cleaning service and with The Tide employees I deal with.

I have used the Avon, OH location since it opened. I like the convenience of picking up my items after hours. Unfortunately they ruined one of my shirts that I had only worn once. It was white, but returned to me pink. It has been months and I haven't been contacted or compensated for the $100 shirt that they ruined. I have talked to Sarah and left messages for Fran, but no one has helped me with this. I will likely find another place to do business.

I’ve had bad experiences with two of the younger employees but yesterday I was happy to see the best team member they have who apologized for my previous experiences.

Horrible! Twice they have over charged me a very large amount. I took pants in to get hemmed. The price was supposed to be $16. They cleaned then which I did not request and charged me $57

Cleaning is fine. DO NOT bring anything here for alterations!!!! They do terrible work (or whoever they send out to). I brought a blouse in some time ago to sew a should pad back in. It wasn’t sewn in properly and didn’t lay right. I brought it back asking then to fix it some time ago along with a body suit. I asked that they redo the shoulder pad so it would lay right, and asked that they fix the hole in the V-notch of a body suit from which the boning was poking out on one side. I just picked up both items and they completely removed (and I assume, discarded) both shoulder pads from the blouse, and not only did they NOT fix the home from which one side of the boning was protruding on the body suit, but now BOTH sides of the v-notch are sticking out. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Professional and nice. Always have a good experience when I go to get my clothes dry cleaned. Worth every penny.

This is the third time I’ve had the incorrect garments returned to me, or have had garments missing. I have shirts here that aren’t mine, and three pairs of pants missing. And a sport coat with loose buttons (brand new aside from being worn and cleaned once). I’d call the store, but it’s a cringeworthy experience every time with the passive aggressive manager at the location. Not to mention I caught the eye roll from BOTH employees when I was walking my $350 order in. Nothing like appreciating customers who generate revenue! Will likely not return!

0 out 5 Stars. Dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation. After showing Robin at the front desk my dress stained, she said the cleaners are really good, and the stains shouldn't be a problem. The dress was retuned boxed up in the same stained condition I dropped it off in. Tide doesn't physically clean the wedding dress. They false promise, outsource the cleaning, and take zero accountability for the poor work. Francis Diamond the manager is incredibly rude and provided the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Her options for resolutions included paying $230 to get the stained dress back or they would donate it. The dress is still filthy so has zero resale value and cannot be worn again. A shame they cannot return it to me for the sentimental value it holds. Brides stay as far as you can away from this place! Stick to professionals who take more pride in their work.

Tide is always quick and easy. I love the option of remaining in my car. If it’s after hours I can still retrieve my clothes

I am not a great customer but I tend to be a loyal customer - in the past I had taken items to this cleaners with stains pointed out and the two items I specified the stains they were surprisingly not able to get the stain out - that’s kind of why I took the items to them and to keep the integrity of the item…I brought them home and washed them and got the stain out…I’ll be finding another cleaners and try them.

Staff is super nice. A little more expensive than previous place. But the other place was rude ,made it difficult to honor coupons. I’m done. Rather use Tide, kind and professional
