When we first arrived at around 3:45, she said our appointment was for 4:45 and I had to wait until then to get the truck. I explained I had an email and a voicemail that said noon, but a text that said 4:45. I explained we had driven 5 hours to pick-up the truck. So whatever she could do would be fine. Balance was prepaid in full at pick-up, I was told I had not added the Move Safe insurance for $48 I asked if it was required she said no so I declined. She then said I had a balance of 51.12. I asked what for, she said taxes. When handed my receipt it was for the Move Safe insurance she had added even though I declined it. She was rude and unhelpful since we had been there so we just took the truck and left.

Smaller outlet for uhaul rentals in the area. They typically have a good selection of the smaller and medium sized trucks but if you are in need of a larger vehicle they don't seem to have them on site and the uhaul site will end up sending you to the larger facility over in Elyria. Staff was quick and helpful for the one rental we did from here.
