I went to the post office to mail something that has a prepaid mailing slip. I walked up to the only worker there and he gave me the envelope back and said go fold this and put it in the envelope and abruptly dismissed me. I walked away not understanding what he told me. When I told him I didn’t understand him, he rudely told me he was very clear with his instructions. I told him he wasn’t because I had no idea what to do. He rudely said, “whatever lady! I’m not going to stand here and argue with you!” I was embarrassed and have never been treated so badly. I’ll drive to Avon Lake from now on.

It’s always a bad experience at this usps. No one who works there has ever so much as cracked a smile. They are not helpful and don’t seem to care at all. There is one man who works there that complains non stop about his job and his life. It is uncomfortable so I started driving out of my way to go to the north Ridgeville branch and it has been a lot better.

I've noticed you are shipping items to the post office of origin instead of just shipping the items, this has created the items to be late and damaged.

I dropped off a handful of envelopes on Saturday July 8 in the front hallway (it was after hours). I have had multiple recipients of my mail send me photos of destroyed envelopes. For the insane amount of postage, this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend using the after hours box. Or maybe it’s the machine they use. In any event, I’m extremely disappointed.

I called at 8:15am to get help with ordering business bulk envelopes, before I could even say "Hello" on the phone the clerk gave me a attitude. I asked for help ordering envelopes, she said "No you order those youself". I tried ordering online and the order will not go through. I was on hold, then the clerk came back on with a bigger attitude. She explained she could order the envelopes but she had no idea the information when I could receive them, I questioned her, she snapped back. So I told her she was rude and did not perform well at her job. I will go elsewhere for now on.

Horrible place to work for! Postmaster is an arrogant and mean woman who hates her job.Your mail is late because of incompetence from above, not the daily postal worker

I come to either buy stamps or ship items , never had an issue , special thanks to the older gentleman I believe his name is Craig . He is an asset to the post office . Wait time not bad , only issue I had I requested on many times fir them to stock the Eid stamp and they never do.
