I'd always had great experiences at the Baltimore Garage and their prices are great. However, today I found their customer service lacking and rude when I went to pick up my car. I am 17 and I found they did not take me seriously. Before I had a chance to say anything the lady at the front desk laughed in my face and made fun of my appearance saying I looked 12. After this Stuart came in and after laughing in my face too proceeded to assume I was an inexperienced driver who doesn't know anything. All you need to do to avoid these insensitivities in business is by putting yourself in another person's shoes. Some of the older generations must realize that we exist and should be taken seriously. Disappointed.

Stewart and his wife are just really nice people. Smart and knowledgeable, wants to help and support the correct repairs. My car is know for having many problems.

We had our front brakes replaced and some tire repair done at the Baltimore Garage and were very pleased. Stewart takes the time to thoroughly explain everything before and after the work is done. It was our first visit, but it surely won’t be our last. Thanks Stewart!

We just received another great repair on one of our vehicles. We knew ahead of time what to expect becasue we received an easy-to-understand descrition of what was wrong with the vehicle (with estimate) and an explanation of how it was going to be fixed. It's hard to find honesty on occasion in the auto industry, let alone have a mechanic you learn to trust with whatever problem you are having. Stewart is top notch. He brings a ton of experience to his small family owned business. He truly wants the customer to be informed and serves thier best interest. Stewart does all my inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting when I'm in over my head. As long as he is in business I'll take my cars to him.

I have used this for a repair on my Toyota Camry and was happy with their service.I was however very disappointed when I needed my truck repaired and was told they would not work with an extended warranty service.
