I shop here all the time. The staff is awesome. The delivery guy are great. I pay one thing off and then start all over again?. Everything I have purchased is still in great condition and working. Our riding lawnmower is still going strong and it’s over 6 yrs old now. So many major appliances, no issues.

The man I spoke with about paying my payment 2 days late was very rude and forceful wen speaking with him. I was also told my payment would be 40$ more wen I paid. I make my payment in the app 2 days later and the payment was only 10$ more. I feel like he was trying to force me to make my payment on the due date by stating my payment would be so much more for just 2 days after due date. But if you just use the app to pay they are a great company and service to use.

Great shopping! The new manager is awesome. I found a great "NEW" refrigerator and I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for delivery.

the worst customer service I've ever experienced! my husband has been renting a riding lawnmower from them for 2 years , got it out to mow this year, it won't start, had someone look at it and we know exactly what's wrong with it, selinoid which is covered in the warranty, tech comes out and claims it's a battery, nope it's not brand new battery! then they're suppose to come pick it up to be servicedtoday, didnt show!!! so we've been paying someone to mow our yard, no payment adjustment for the month we haven't been able to use the lawn mower!!!! complete BS!!!! NEVER AGAIN
