Be very careful if you decide to take your car here, if it's worked on have it checked right away by another mechanic!! Had struts put in a bearing as well. Took 3 weeks to get a receipt and preferred cash as not to pay taxes that should have been a red fag for me but I had the work done anyway.
I finally got the receipt and took it to another mechanic to have it checked out. My new mechanic said that it's ridicules that they didn't do the work right. The bolts for the struts weren't tightened causing the wheels to move around and messed up the good tires I had on ,. The bearing wasn't a defect it literally wasn't put in correct not only causing the new bearing to go bad but the hub as well.
I waited for the receipt so I could get it checked elsewhere just had a feeling not to go back to this guy. I shouldn't of had to wait period and the work should have been done right the first time I should not of had to take it back or take it somewhere else . No compensation from this place and I'm having to pay for everything all over again pluss the hub and now new tires and what comes with it.
DONT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE!! IF YOU DO GET IT CHECKED SOMEWHERE ELSE ASAP PLEASE!!

I went here and got my car fixed yesterday. Ken was amazing they all was amazing the pricing was great and they had amazing service and communication they told me exactly what the problem was and got it fixed they were fast about it. I will be coming back thank you!

Wish I could give more than five stars. Ken and his team went above and beyond for me and my husband with fixing our truck. Went out their way even on their day off work to get my truck back up and running. Very great full for them and all their hard work . Definitely we'll be coming back in the future if I need anymore car work done and will be referring people to them as well. Very trustworthy kind and caring company. Thank you so much for everything you've done.

Untrustworthy business. I should have done my research first to see all of the small claims filings against the owner prior to agreeing to do work for this business. He has not paid for work completed in August of 2024, and continues to make excuses including saying that the business was taken over by new owners. If this is how they treat people I would definitely not trust them with my vehicle.

I didn't even buy anything, I called inquiring about a specific spare tire, which he didn't have. He called me back and spent a good deal of time advising me on options elsewhere that would work best for me anyway!

You will not get better products, service, or experience anywhere else! Very down to earth and upfront i did not feel pressured or up charged and was very informed. Highly recommend 👌

Had a tire replaced. Gentleman their took an hour to replace my tire. Broke my TPMS (TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM). When I called to complain about it, owner said that I broke it when I had a flat tire. They also only take cash and I was not told until I got there and the tire was already on my car.

This place is great. Ken and Eric went above and beyond to help me get my car together. They even dropped me off and picked me up from my workplace to get my car from the shop when they were done. They worked on my car all day and even after hours just to make sure I could drive my car back home the same day. These guys are AWESOME!! 10/10. Thank you guys

They have helped my husband and I out with 2 different car's muffler problems. They are honest and up front they won't sell you something that you don't need. Are efficient and timely with the work that they do. Would 100% recommended them for anyone who is in need of muffler work. Will definitely use them again too.

They do fantastic work, I've had multiple exhaust jobs done on multiple cars,they were fast and very fair and reasonable, and got my wife and I both back on the road in a half hour,we are very happy with the work we received on both of our SUVs and we'll be going back for all future exhaust work from now on. Ken and Eric both do wonderful work

My car was making a rattling noise when I would accelerate. I took it to a different local shop that told me it was my heat shield but that my catalytic converter looked bad and would need replaced soon. They suggested Barberton Muffler as they said it would costs me $2000-3000 just for the part not including labor at their shop. I finally took it to Barberton muffler today and they showed me what needed to be fixed and welded. They did it in an hour for $150. They showed me the work afterwards. They checked over the rest of my car as well which I really appreciated. Excellent work, done in a timely manner, and at a good price. They didn’t charge me extra or try and talk me into work that I didn’t need done either.
