Wonderful experience with the owner, I was able to purchase my train over the phone and was kind man who made my purchase awesome and wholesome. One the best selections on getting started into hobby of model trains and has vast assortment of different type of locomotives and rolling stock.

Dropped off 2 American Flyer locomotives for repair in December. Overheard Kyle tell another customer that it would be February before he could get to his repair. Left two phone messages in March inquiring about the status of the repairs. No replies. Finally picked up my locomotives (never touched) today (3 months later). Clerk reported that Kyle said “he needed more time”. I call that poor customer service.

Great shop and welcomed addition to downtown. They stock mostly trains, but also have some aircraft. Owner is very helpful, and can order any tools, accessories, or other models wanted (naval).

So this place in Barberton is a really good hobby shop it’s little but there is soon going to make it big, By building a big model train layout in the back. I have to my engines there right now 1 HO and 1 G. They are supported by HillTop Hobby Shop and they have some Ho great cars there
