Boost moble is horrible.They have the worse internet service there is.Why do I need wifi to update my phone and there's no option to change it.I wasted my money on boost. I hate this company

Bought a phone when when I became a customer there and carried there warranty, I called and made a claim on my warranty,they didn't have any phones to send to me so they sent me a $127.00 coupon food a boost phone at boost mobile only! I went to get a new one a theguy working there said he couldn't sell me a phone unless I paid a $30.00 activation fee and the warranty company said they would activate it for free,I refused to pay an activation fee and was so passed off I left! I called the warranty company and explained and they they were going to send it to the higher up! and told me to call back in a couple days! this was a waste of my time and they really passed me off,just a ripoff ! and I've be a customer for years! if I was you I would find another place to do your business for sure!!!
