Stopped by there yesterday to get an estimate on fixing exhaust on my 2012 Murano. It has been looked at, at a different shop and the estimate was between $850-1000. Scotty took a look at it and said approximately $600..... and had it fixed and out the door within an hour and a half. Excellent customer service between him and Shae, very knowledgeable, polite, informative, efficient and reasonably priced. They will have my business for any issues with my vehicle and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!! Also Shae has such a wonderful personality, she gives great first impressions for the business!! Thank you all!!

I recently brought my car to this shop for service. I was told the job would take 6 hours, and I was given a quote based on that estimate. Since I supplied the parts myself, I expected the labor costs to reflect the actual time spent. My family has trusted this shop for decades, and I’ve always appreciated the kindness of the owner and the front desk staff—they’ve consistently been helpful and friendly.
However, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency around the labor charges. The receipt did not include a price per hour for labor, and even when we asked for clarification, it wasn’t provided. The repair only took 3 hours—not the 6 hours we were initially told—which should have reduced the labor charges, but this wasn’t reflected in the final bill.
While the work was completed, better communication and attention to detail would have made this a much better experience. This has made me reconsider continuing to bring my car here, especially when other shops may offer clearer explanations and more precise billing practices. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.
