There was no one there and walked right up. It wasn't good to hear others talking to other clients on the phone while I was waiting for my transaction.

My husband and i went in to ask about islamic banking, we were help by 2 ladies one whoes name is connie and is a manager there, they didn't have a answer for us but did give us the best service possible and are continuing their efforts in finding us the information we asked for.

Make appointments and they don’t schedule it correctly. I believe if I showed up 20 mins late for my appointment. They wouldn’t take me. Whoever is running that bank is not very good at their job.

Not only have I read reviews of their staff being rude, but there ATMs will also be out of service too!I just wanted to pull out $20 one morning so I roll up to the ATM drive thru on a Sunday.The far right ATM I pulled up to first had a red error screen saying it was out of order. No biggie, pull around to the other one. This one said displayed no errors or anything unusual so I put in my card, pin, and go to pull out the 20 and I get an error message. I go through the process again and same error. I know I had enough money in my account as I went to another Chase ATM in Akron right after and it worked flawlessly. I don't know if the machine was out of bills and didn't display it or what but that was a big inconvenience!

So glad I switched to Chase years ago. I have been happy with the Barberton branch. So far, everyone has been helpful and friendly.

They never have enough staff inside, the people are rude and act like you are imposing when trying to get help. I was told I would have to make an appointment which would take about an hour for them to accept a notarized power of attorney for my dad I was taking care of. Also you can never get a call answered at all. You are told to call an 800 number only to get a recording that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to call back later and are then disconnected.
