Excellent. Above and beyond as always. I don't even like chipotle normally but the Barberton giant eagle location has top notch employees and runs super well that I don't mind ordering here once in a while.

I hate this chipotle. This is the worst chipotle every time I eat it. I go out of my way to get it at different locations, because they suck so bad. They are always under stocked of their silverware/ napkins and everything, or they run out of food/condiments.. but the last two times I’ve been there their rice is undercooked (it’s hard) I called the first time they let it ring- then I heard them pick up the phone and hang up.. I called back it went to a voicemail they picked up and hung up again. I don’t know who’s in charge there but people need to learn how to do their jobs properly or find new ones.Gave the “food” to my dog so my money wouldn’t go to waste..

This is one of the better Chipotle branches. They are not skimpy on the toppings. I go out of my way to go to this branch due to the portion size and tastiness.

I was in the Robinson Ave., Barberton, OH location last night and witnessed an uncaring, unfriendly employee caring more about what she wanted than serving her customers. Sophie actually took the time to eat, with seven customers in line. She grabbed a cup of chicken(?) and walked around the kitchen eating it before returning to serve us. No one took over for her. Then, in the middle of serving the gentleman in front of me, she walked away from the line to replace a full pan of brown rice (which was not needed for this customer) before proceeding to fill his order. This woman is unfriendly and needs a major attitude adjustment! Last week Sophie left me (the only person in the restaurant waiting for service) standing for five minutes while she walked around tending to other chores...I walked out and later wished I had thanked her, sarcastically, for her customer service.

It honestly hurts me to sit behind my phone and type this out. Last night around 9:30 p.m. my boyfriend and I decided to get a late night snack. So he got his usual burrito and I got my kids meal quesadilla. All I wanted was a cheese quesadilla with a side of corn and rice. When the order had arrived- around 10:20pm- I was filled with joy. I could not wait to eat my quesadilla. I opened the lid and went to go get my quesadilla and to my surprise the tortilla was empty. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in my entire life. Now how in the world is it possible to give me no cheese on my CHEESE QUESADILLA. I didn’t know even get a note or a heads up like “oh btw we ran out of cheese” but also I find it hard to believe they ran out of cheese. It just sucks because I paid a lot of money for door dash with all of the fees and tax to get a mf plain tortilla. If I wanted a plain tortilla I would’ve just drive to taco bell right down the road and ordered it myself. I expect the upmost amazing kid’s quesadilla next time i get chipotle, if there will ever be a next time.

So there was a promo for Halloween to get a burrito for six dollars and I got charged 16.85 for 2 burritos ask the lady for them to be separate transactions and she already charge me they would not give me my money back and the steak looked extremely dry they were rude the fact that I ordered two burritos for me and my friend then they should’ve been different transactions and if it was an only online promo code then the girl should’ve said the only way to get that is if you order online never once did she say their system is down we’re just honoring it but it’s an only online exclusive for the Halloween promo code experience was horrible the gentleman pretty much said you’re SOL and have a nice day! II will definitely not be coming back here unprofessional worst customer service, they need to train their employees better and show some compassion and respect for the customers!!!

i’m so sad the girl told me they were out of white rice so i got brown rice even though i hate brown rice and then the next thing i know there’s the white rice i almost threw hands. also the girl working needs an attitude adjustment

Everytime I come here there is a problem. Doesn't matter if you order or come in. Orders are never ready if you order online and half the time when I come in they are out of multiple things at the same time. Extremely ridiculous. The customer service is ugly also. They are not friendly nor do they care about making sure your order is right. Even putting order into bags is a mess. This time I won't in and immediately was told they were out of both the selections I came in for. I just walked out
