Got my granddaughter a new phone. The young man named Chad was so helpful in getting her new phone set up and ready for her. I will going back to the Barberton, Ohio store again soon to get me another phone.

I've had cricket for ten years.It works down in places and west, virginia, kentucky that are in the middle of nowhere.But hills, I have it, and it has worked great for me in the u.p. of michigan.I never had any problem with my service well.
