Called to refill prescription, The Robot told me it was ready. Got there, not ready and was expired - 2/4! I've been snowed in for a week, but called this morning and the robot told me it was ready! No option to speak with human, waited IN store for 30 minutes for them to tell me the news. Terrible customer service EVERY TIME at this store. Never going back!

I think the girls at the pharmacy are doing a great job . Obviously everyone is overwhelmed at the present time with the lack of staffing issues everywhere Recently had my script filled there and was very surprised it was done so fast . ?

Horrible slow, terrible service. My script sat for 10 hours, then when I called they said it hadn’t been “checked” that it was ready. I’ve heard so many other people have bad service!

The staff is friendly. Every time I go in Coley is there smiling at the front register and I apologize because I can't remember the other ladies name who is always there. The pharmacy is always friendly and helpful. During the covid pandemic I saw a lady who was confused about a medication and the pharmacy staff was so kind helping her even though she was being so mean to them. It's a great store

The pharmacy is horrible. Every time I fill a prescription, I will give them hours of time to fill it. I’ll call and tell them what time I’m going to pick them up. They will say “oh that’s plenty of time to get it ready”. But every time, I still have to wait another 20 minutes to an hour for it to be filled. It never fails. I don’t understand why it’s every time. I understand staffing but really? That is just laziness. You’ve lost my business and I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

It's faster to go through the BMV than get your prescription in this pharmacy. I don't think I've ever picked up medicine and it's taken less than 30 minutes. It's absolute disorganization and chaos inside this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy experience I've had so far. I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt, considering it seems as though they need to hire additional help.. however I dropped off my prescription at 9am they said come back in an hour, so I came back a little over an hour, it wasn't ready.. told to wait 15 minutes... waited for another hour sitting in the store got up to ask if it was finally ready... nope !! Couldn't even tell me when it would be.. my only day off for the week and have spent a good portion waiting for a simple prescription... until they hire the help they need to I recommend going else where..

This store is the most incompetent CVS I have ever had to deal with. Get texts saying stuff is ready and being forced to wait in a line for 30 minutes to be told to wait 20 more. Never have the correct prescriptions ready when they say and never pick up their phone. Get you prescriptions somewhere else!!
