They came to deliver our fridge instead of taking a tape measure and checking it to make sure it fit they took the old one out first then decided to measure things well after taking my cabinet doors off and taking the drawer out they had to put the old one back lmao then never.put the cabinet door back on and chipped the top of the counter top up

I was recommended to Daly’s Appliance by a family member. Gabby was very helpful and cheery!! Their prices are excellent. Business was conducted over the phone, and they were able to deliver on the date needed. Before you deal with a big box store, call Daly’s.

I needed all new appliances for a new home , I went here and got my washer and dryer and stove. Then I spent a ton of time looking for specific size refrigerator with the options I wanted and wasn’t having luck at Home Depot or Lowe’s . Decided to look at Dalys again because they have a huge selection which is awesome but it was definitely a lot to look through so I called and described what exactly I wanted and they found one for me that was perfect and in stock ! Everything was delivered quickly (except my dryer but it was on back order when I ordered it so I knew what I was getting into ). All of them were moved in quickly and efficiently! I’m so happy with everything I got from there and I would definitely come here again if I ever needed appliances again . Would absolutely recommend! I left a message on the day they weren’t open about a dishwasher and asked if it could be added to my refrigerator delivery. I got a call back the very next day with an excellent option and it was added to my delivery!

As a former recent employee that was fired unjustly by a very sick owner,with alzheimer and dementia, I can say this is probably the worst company I have ever worked for. Employee discrimination, with other employees showing up whenever they want that do the same job. Employees not doing their job and other employees have to go back out to jobs to redo things. Inter office relationships. You name it. I have worked here for over a year and the way it has gone completely down hill,I am very glad I do not anymore! Store manager Gino and office manager Gabby frequently go out to their cars to smoke weed. Very unprofessional, and the owner Tom and his wife/ ex are a real piece of work. Stay away please!!

My hubby and I bought the Speed Queen washer and dryer about 14 years ago and will not have to buy any other. Performance is unbelievable…we love them.

Great to see an "old fashioned" appliance store doing well. Everything they sell is higher quality; no inferior "cheapskate specials" that you find at the big box stores. We bought our Speed Queen washer on a holiday weekend, and it was promptly delivered on Tuesday. Our basement steps turn 90° and are far from the easiest to navigate, but they got the new washer in and the old one out without so much as a scratch on any surface. Their attention to detail and care was better than any I've experienced with past appliance deliveries. I highly recommend Daly's for quality appliances and excellent personal service.
