Every time I'm in there, the manager lady with brown hair is berating the employees and talking down to them and it upsets me. Not once, not twice, every time. Today she was yelling at them so loud it went through the whole store and I just left. They need to can her immediately.

Recently on february 20,2024 me and my aunt were racially profiled. We were standing by charging and electric system i decided to check my card balance to see how much money was on their for i wouldn’t go over i decided to put items backs when suddenly i saw 2 police office approaching my aunt saying “you know what.” my aunt confused asked them they took her aside she had nothing in her purse i don’t know anything after that i also still bought my items even tho i shouldn’t have. Also the person who called the police was a black haired worker who is white who was eyeing us the whole time also staff members have their pets and they also have family members in there like they work there we used to go here all the time but not anymore i didn’t appreciate being racially profiled.pls spread awareness about this situation!

Everytime I go in here I'm waiting in line for over 15 minutes each...they can't figure out how to use the register and to ring stuff out...they have had their self checkout machine broke for over 3 months now...when will this get fixed? You need to pay your employees more and find better ones. Ones that have a sense of urgency for their customer

This store is always closed the parking lot looks like the dumpster blew up the store when its actually open the aisles are blocked from lack of putting product away they need to fire everyone and hire an all new staff

There is an entire community of people who rely on this store to remain open during business hours yet it does not. This store will close for days at a time or at 5pm or at 3pm even 2pm. People walk, or take the bus because we don't have cars around here. I've watched trucks turn around because there is no one to take the delivery. No wonder there is never any stock. It's clean though. ?

Wow this store has really changed in the past couple of months!!!! The parking lot finally got filled in. The inside of the store is so organized and clean. I was happy to see the isles cleaned up so I can finally push my cart through, but it's a bonus having everything perfectly stocked. Good job to whoever took charge. Also my family enjoys the guy that works second shift, he's very nice and greats us every time we walk in. I have had some employees do this in the past and we really appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

Everything with Dollar General is a little bit ridiculous. They are never open when they say they are and people doing nothing stand at the doors to say they are closed
