I am 86 years old and refuse to pack my own groceries or to wait in a long line for a cashier. My family feels the same way. Giant Eagle won't pay for cashiers and their prices are sky high. Hmmm. They sure don't have the customers interests in mind. I'm over it.

Well stocked store with fast and friendly service. The parking availability isn't great (unless you're handicapped) but given the location within the plaza and layout of the entire parking lot...fair enough.

Produce is good and they have a good selection of grocery items. Staff has been helpful when needed. No pickup or delivery options at this time

My go-to grocery store that carries pretty much everything you need. Wished they had later hours again. Having great Salesforce the holiday coming up.

Rude and disrespectful staff. False advertising of products. Acme is a much better establishment that doesn't bother you about wearing a mask, and their prices are better on many products.

Besides the decline in quality of service, the price increases that giant eagle has made on its merchandise keeps me from shopping there anymore. Additionally, if you work a regular 9-5 job, you can't get fish, deli and bakery counter items because they close those areas before six o'clock now. It's hard to be a pescatarian in Barberton.
