Would be nice if people would STOP cleaning out the ATM everyday. Set a card lock limit of how much someone can take out or put enough money in it so the rest of us poor people don't have to suffer a 3$ fee charge from other ATM's.

This is my third transaction with Integrity Federal Credit Union. Sarah King, Patty and the rest of team have always been professional and courteous. They truly listen to your goals and needs and have the ability to be flexible to your situation. This in my opinion is priceless when conducting business with any lending institution. Not only were they efficient but the communication was above expectations. I do not post many reviews but I feel strongly that my experiences be noted. I am extremely pleased and will continue to work with them in the future.

I wanted to say that the staff at Integrity credit union were all vey friendly and polite. I myself was looking to purchase a vehicle and Sarah from the lending department helped me thru the whole process. Sarah was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She was able to answer all my questions and get me approved for my loan in a timely manner with a great rate as well. If you are in need of a loan or other financial advice Sarah is the best around!!

Integrity has become very difficult to deal with their representatives seem very bothered by the simplest requests. Sarah there isn’t the friendliest person either. Integrity doesn’t operate with any common sense in 2022 (modern era). Service has went downhill the last several years. I am paying off everything and closing all accounts here. I would give them 0 stars if that was a choice. Shame on Integrity for their terrible tactics!

I am a broker who deals with auto loans and just got off the phone with Pam, or may I say she got off the phone by hanging up on me. I was speaking calmly and just trying to understand the situation. This lady is rude, mean and un willing to work with us. They are only trying to collect more member fees at a daily rate / daily per diem to help the bank. FRAUD , This is terrible practice and horrible customer service.

I love this credit Union! By far the best one in Ohio! The staff is all very nice and friendly! Patricia and Sarah are very nice loan officer and they helped me with securing a great loan with a fantastic low rate on my auto loan! I shopped around they ended up giving the best rate than any other credit Union/bank! Check them out! You will love them and the staff!

I’ve been a member for almost a year. I refinanced my car there and got a visa! I couldn’t be more happy with the service I have received. Their interest rates are very competitive. The staff is awesome and the environment is warm and welcoming.
