Was told by customer service online to go to store to get new sim card. Go to store and get a new sim card and was told to call to get phone network refreshed or something. The phone lost it's number but the network is somehow connected. Called customer service again and was told to go to the store. Nobody can do anything here but send us somewhere else. Had metro for less than a day and already hate it. Customer service is abysmal and nobody knows what they're doing.Tried calling the store and they don't even bother picking up.

It's not the customer service, it's the company. I use Samsung phone and they never have any new ones! I wanted the S series...nope!Went for upgrade and now they want to lease you a new phone or pay retail price for new phone, which is not what was the deal when I joined year's ago. T- Mobile won't help you because I'm Metro by T-Mobile. Didn't get my upgrade because they didn't have any phones. Absolutely none that was newer than I already have. I honestly don't know why I haven't switched providers by now.

Couldn't help me or swap out my phone.Tried to sell me another sim. The new update blocked my sim. I'm not paying to get it fixed. If I have to buy another phone I will switch carriers. Eligible for upgrade. I barely have rent money let alone 200 for a new phone.

They did what I needed for my devices! Yes have more than just a phone. I went in because a device was acting up, and they fixed it without a separate charge, was a simple app problem for them. So was extremely satisfied and happy with the service received.

My boyfriend went in to get a replacement phone because his phone wasn’t charging. He was told they would have to order it and he would be without a device for several days. So, to avoid being unreachable, he purchased a new phone. He was told if he upgraded it would be $20 so he did it. Two weeks ago I had a phone that buy and I ask the one of store people if i bought en the warranty and they said yes well the phone fell into the sick and i call to get it replaced when they give me hard time to try to get it fix said it doesn't have the warranty so i go to the store and then look at receipt when i buy the phone i dont have it the warranty on it so they say you have to buy and other phone i all ready pay 300 no way do it again i am going to start looking for new phone company. So i say to you make sure that they put the warranty on your phone when you buy one and look at it and can't make sure it is there

Staff is insanely rude. Phones are covered in finger prints. Gone in at 4 different times and the employees were not following COVID guidelines.

Went to buy timex watch for daughter. It was supposed to be half off. I ask the lady this when she says my total is $202.00. She says no new customers only. So whatever I pay the money I leave the store without my receipt, and then I get online and it shows the watch for half off to new and existing customers. I get on chat with cs and he says yes it should have nlbeen half off for you. Nothing I can do about it now what's done is done and I don't have my receipt but beware this location rips you off. I am not dissatisfied with my metro pcs service in general, just the barberton location. I don't usually go here because I live 25 minutes away it's the only location I had to watch in stock. Never again!!!!
