My mom ordered pizza for our family through Doordash. My fiance took a bite from his pepperoni pizza and received a splinter from a piece of wood that somehow ended up in the pizza. He had to fish in his gums to get it out. My mom tried to call Papa Roni's to let them know and the lady she spoke to repeatedly told her she had to contact Doordash about it even though they were the ones who made the pizza. Honestly, very poor communication on their end. They actually hung up on her the first time she called about it before she tried calling them again.

Pizza was delicious, staff was nice. I drive past all the time and never tried it till tonight. Glad I did And they give free popcorn which is cool.

The delivery driver didn't knock and i even digitally tipped them. Never in my 20+ years of ordering pizza have i had an employee treat it like DOORDASH. They're lucky i heard my patio door slam because i 100% would've charged back a cold hard pizza, the high was 40 last night. The box was nearly ice already.

I've ordered a lot both in person and by delivery without a bad experience (: everyone is so nice and respectful Everytime. I love how I can customize milkshakes and I have several menu items that are my favorite. The constant coupons always make me happy too!

Used to work here, everyone's really respectful and kind. Food is really good, love their different kinds of sauces. Chipotle ranch is really good and same with their Carolina gold. I'd recommend to try their chipotle steak sub and pizza. Wings are oven baked and taste really good too. Their ice cream is on the same quality as handels and Strickland's ice cream and also worth a try. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend. Only pizza place I've worked at for over a year and I still love the food.
