“I couldn't ask for better service. After getting an estimate for over $6,800 from wrench works for a whole new transmission to cure a noise. I drove the truck down to R/T Transmission and talked to reed. He found the issue that was making the noise and fixed it. I had the truck back the next day. As I write this my dad is there getting a trans in his truck. If you want your vehicle fixed fast and affordable talk to reed. I can't say enough good about them.”

“I took in my 2003 Ford Ranger that had a clutch pedal that would not fully release clutch at times. Silver creek Repair test drove truck for a few miles that showed no problem with clutch. I then drove it and confirmed that all was working fine. Silver creek did not charge me at all and I drove it home knowing I don’t need a $1300 clutch. Once home I checked on clutch cable that had some corrosion and lubricated with wd40 at corrosion part of cable.
Don’t know if this will help preventing any future cable problem cable sticking but I have to thank Silvercreek for their honesty by not putting in a clutch that was not needed. Silvercreek Repair needs to me complimented for their honesty and integrity!

“Mr. Janis and his son were great! So quick and professional. They built me a stage II 2004R for my 86 Monte Carlo SS, and rebuilt the 2004R in 1987 Buick GNX. They stand by their work! True masters of their craft! I would recommend anyone with a 2004R to these guys!!!”

“These people are LEGIT with a capital L. I had them rebuild my 2002 Suburban about 10 years ago and that thing ran until I scrapped it. They just replaced my girlfriends cvt on her honda fit. If this tells you anything about their quality of work, the first transmission they received they did not like, instead of going the easy route and putting it in any way, they sent it back and asked for a different one. Most shops would have thrown it in, taken our $ and sent us on our way. They are extremely fair with their prices and do not try to hide any fees to surprise you with later. The first shop my girlfriend called quoted her over 1,000$ more than Jim's without even looking at the car first. Their customer service is also top notch, very responsive, freely sharing information. Not a single surprise during the whole process. I will never take my transmissions anywhere else but Jim's. Honesty and quality work are unfortunately hard to find these days, not here. They've been around as long as they have for a reason.”

These guys got in right away. Like the same day I called. At first, I was a little optimistic, taking a BMW to a regular garage but after meeting Ryan and talking with alan, I had full confidence in them fixing my car in record time. They were always upfront and would call me about things that they found during the inspection. Parts came in a little sooner than they expected. They have my car up and running and heading back to Georgia real soon. Thanks to these guys. It was a very expensive repair. It was a little over half of what the dealership would’ve charged me. So I was thrilled when he sent me the estimate that was the other amazing thing, His estimates and final price was only different by a couple of dollars .
