I called in to find out where packages were that I was expecting to be delivered by the previous weekend. The person I spoke with was very patient and kind. She took the time to look up each one to ensure. I was satisfied at the end of the call. The postal service needs more employees like her.

Just get rid of the lady working the window, she has been rude to me every time I've come in with a question, acting like I should know it all first, and after reading a couple reviews I'm not the only one that thinks she's hostile

Instead of walking a short distance to my door, my package (a license plate) was bent in half to fit my mailbox. Postmaster was not helpful when I called

My mail is never delivered on time and the carriers constantly lie on reporting. Had a package status set to undeliverable due to blockage, only thing is they dropped off the rest of the mail no problem. The problem was the carrier didn't want to get out of the car to deliver a package.
Tried reporting this but nothing ever gets done about these practices and they should be illegal. If you have the package and you decide not to deliver based on your laziness then you should be fired. As a customer I PAID you to deliver that item. If it is in your possession and you bring it to my house and then keep it with you then you are stealing my item..
