DONT GO HERE!! Old WHITE OAK IS GONE! This store will never be full of stuff again- I was told that by the pharmacy "team". We all know they used to be a great pharmacy. Since they got bought by Benzer they closed the whole store and the people here had shopped there for years. The "lead tech" goes over the pharmacists head and just puts RX from your doctor in a tray- doesn't try to fill anything that isn't very common until you actually ask for it- for 6 months even though the pharmacist said to let him know how often I would need my medication she still wasn't calling it in. Then it was always on 'back order' people can't go days without life necessary medication but she doesn't care and will tell you "Then fill it somewhere else!" Also she refused a cash pay from me- which is legal when a prior authorization comes back- and made me stay with dangerously high BP for 3 days. Great pharmacist- HORRIBLE lead tech- I've reported her to the state board but she needs her license revoked

Horrible place to do business with. Never open when I'm not working. Not the same place after changed hands.

Rude lead tech , unprofessional, not dressed, rolled eyes at old lady asking questions, played on phone yelled at another customer, all in 20 mins, will be switching to walgreens.

Love this place & all the people who work here. I never wait! Everyone is always so nice. The pharmacy tech even gave me a handmade mask when I mentioned I didn't have one.

Loved it more before its name changed. Was more like an old Country Store. Seemed to be locally owned and operated. The staff always was eager to assist You and attitudes were Great. I’ve done a lot of Christmas shopping for the Kids there over the Years. Summer times bring produce from local Farmers. Love our little village , Barlow, Ohio

I've been going to White Oak Pharmacy as long as they've been open. Their staff at both the front and the pharmacy are always extremely pleasant and courteous. And the store has a great selection of a little bit of everything. I love having this store here. :)

I have been shopping at White Oak Pharmacy for probably 20 yrs or how ever long they've been open. I have always loved the unique shopping experience from food selections to bargain buys, TONS of gifts for everyone from young to old! Their home decor is fabulous, and obviously they have the best buyers around for their merchandise. The majority of my gift shopping is honestly done at White Oak. The deli is very good, and the Pharmacy is very good, friendly and helpful. Need I mention Christmas decor for all your gift needs? Try it, and see if you can get out in under an hour!! Love White Oak Pharmacy!!!
