Been a customer for probably 24 years, I did my taxes last year online on H&R website, I misplaced 1 number I needed from last year and they said they didn't have access to my account info, but if I came in and paid around $200 plus they would give it to me . I will NEVER use h&r again.

Horrible experience. Paid them in full Had them do my taxes 2 weeks ago. They still have not sent them in and won't tell me why and won't call me.

Our tax representative was friendly yet direct and had our taxes done quickly which was excellent considering neither of us wanted to do leave the house today. We left planning to have her do our taxes again next year.
