“Everyone was very nice and the service was quick! We had a leak in one tire and we expected to need a whole new set. We told them that and they very easily could have just sold us the tires but they looked at them and recommended waiting on new tires and they fixed the leak. Especially being 6+ hours away from home, I really really appreciate their honesty and customer service! I would 100% recommend!”

“Two weeks ago, while plowing my driveway, one of the rear tires on my tractor broke its seal and all the ballast spilled out. I contacted Arlynn at their commercial division since they handle tractor tires and he scheduled someone to come out to repair/refill the tire. While talking with him, I decided to upgrade to new R14 tires all around. Bob came out a few days later with them, and working in very cold weather, put four new tires on my tractor. Took him a couple of hours and some hard work, but he got them on. The new tires made a world of difference since my drive goes up a steep hill and I was having trouble getting the old R4 tires to give enough traction. Arlynn and Bob were both very professional and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the whole interaction and will check with Joe's for all my tire needs.”
