Right now our review is low. Our hot water heater is out, it's Sat. No response at the 24 hr. emergency number which is the same as the regular number. We have 1 year left on the warranty. Not happy. Happier now after the response from the owner as to why we were unable to contact the company at the emergency... read full comment
