This office was very misleading in the fee they charged to file our taxes. They were going to charge us, a standard married couple $800 to file. They dropped the price to $300. On the initial call they mentioned a range between 75- $125 dollars to file. On the following the day before to confirm the price they said $125. If you are desperate, make sure you grind them hard with how much they are going to charge you to file. We will never use this office again. Find a more honest tax person regarding their rate if you have the time. Rated three stars so Google won't remove the review but really one star service.

Do not use this business. It has been reported to the complaint division of the IRS multiple times. Charles actually cussed me out over the phone, and refused to give my paper work back to me that the IRS sent to me unless I paid him $300.00. I never agreed for him to do my taxes in the first place, only wanting a price. I even called the police on him and they told me to file suit against him in civil court. Also, his office is very nasty, and it took him twenty minutes to find my paper work. Very UN-ethical. In response to the owner. I have proof I never asked you to do my taxes, I have the un-singned contract that you sent when I paid your ransom to get my papers back from you. Also, you never responded to the BBB complaint, yet here you are trying to make up for your failed business because you know a lot of people will see this. The IRS will now be investigating you since you have yet another complaint filed against you. Did you hire someone to clean up that office of yours? Are you still cussing out your clients over the phone? Why don't you tell the public how you had to re-do my taxes that you were never supposed to file in the first place, but I guess you are just so forgetful that you did not recall me sitting in that unkempt office of yours telling you that you needed to call me with a price when you figured out how much it was going to cost, or the fact that I actually asked you how much it was going to cost, and you told me around $200.00, but you would let me know - yet you charged me $300.00 for the ransom to get my papers back after me telling you over the phone NOT to do my taxes, remember all that? I bet you cannot recall anything past eating your jellybeans that you have on that thing you called a desk. You can trust that the IRS and the state of Ohio are now investigating you and your office, Charlie. Why not cuss me here like you did over the phone like some child throwing a tantrum? See you in court. Here is a picture of his office and just look at how nasty he keeps it - took him twenty minutes to actually find my paperwork on the day I took this.
