“Price is great compared to Mikes. Run down but did the job. My car was nasty after some bird (s) decided to target it hard and it was dried on after a few hot days, so I knew it wouldn’t get clean with an auto wash. Had to look in each bay to find the best brush for the job. 2min per 1$. It takes 5$ 1$ or quarters.”
“Very nice staff, quick and efficient. Did the Ultimate Wash. I don't feel the Wheel Shine did anything and was wasteful. The vacuum at the end take credit card instead of quarters and that was nice.”
“Great buy 4 get 2 free wash books are on sale until July 4th. Had to wash off all the cicadas and since they're still around I thought the book was a good idea! Friendly staff.”

“Works great to me. Equipment is a bit older but works fine. I used at the end of fall season and hose leaked a bit and brush was a bit worn but they will replace hoses and brushes by spring. Good cleaner / polish products from hose”

“My dryer went out and i had a ton of laundry to do so i went ahead and did it all here since it was the closest laundromat and i needed work clothes for the next day. The lady working (I believe her name is Candi) was so sweet! Talking with her really helped pass the time while waiting on things to wash and dry! VERY CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT!! A few of our clothes didnt come clean but that very well could have been my own fault. The small washers are pretty small so I probably added to many clothes. Will definitely be back if I'm in need again!”
“I have read some reviews about damage and Mikes wouldn’t fix it. My 2020 Camry I had couldn’t go through tire shine because it literally scraped the sides of my car. The first Time it happened corporate fix my car a few years later they had picked the wrong wash for me and it went to the tire shine. Scratched my car up again and corporate had zero issues with fixing my car and paid for a rental. Even though I’ve had issues with damage, they’ve always fixed it and I’ve always had a great experience at the Eastgate location.”
“This is a decent Shell station. Their prices seem to be comparable. What I like most about it is that the parking lot and gas pumps have a ton of space. To me nothing is worse than a parking lot that feels like a bad game of Frogger trying to avoid hitting someone or being hit because it is too compact. The place is well lit and also easy to get in and out of despite being at a very busy intersection. There is a convenience store (although I never go inside those) and a large automatic car wash.”

“I only use Mike's and never had a problem until Sunday the 16th. We went through the Mike's Hyde Park. Once we got to our next stop and looked at my car we were very disappointed. The window still looked dirty and tires didn't have the wet look. Usually we go through Mike's the car looks clean and the tires have a wet look. We went to the Mike's on Glenway and talked the manager TJ and he granted us a rewash. We normally go the Mike's on Glenway and have never need a rewash. TJ explained the difference between the two locations. We will never go back to the Mike's on Hyde Park. Thank you TJ you will always get our business.”

“This is my most frequently used car wash. Fair price, always gets my car clean. Nothing fancy, but definitely a favorite. And super close to 32 and stores/restaurants.”
