I had an 11:00 appointment and was quoted about an hour for the work, so I decided to wait in the lobby since I live about 30 minutes away. After an hour and a half, I was told I needed additional work and that it would take another hour. At 3:00 I checked in again and was told it would be about 30 more minutes. My car is now finished, and the total time ended up being over five hours.
I understand delays and busy days happen, but no one kept me updated unless I asked. I only learned about the delays when I went to the counter. I want to add that Mason at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and none of my frustration is directed at him. And this review is not about the quality of the work done. That’s always been good here.
For anyone planning to wait on-site, just be aware that the quoted time may end up being much longer than expected. Better communication would have made the experience far less stressful.

Quick service but the customer service and overall experience was excellent. Meason took the time to put my tire on my truck even though I just dropped off the tire with the flat. Even put the spare away for me. Great guy and great experience. Appreciate it!

Service manager Larry Molloy was able fixed/ replaced my tire sensors while they were giving others difficulties trying to diagnose the issue. His work is productive/efficient while in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend!

When I started my car on the first snowy AM this year the car screen said there was a problem with my tire pressure. I could not figure out the use of the screen. I am not skilled in technology! I drove to Eastgate and spoke to Mason, who reassured me that he would check each tire pressure, fill as needed and would show me how to use the screen next time car reported a problem to me!
He quickly took care of the problem with a smile! I was not late for my appointment! Mason epitomizes the wonderful customer care we have come to love at Tire Discounters! Thank you , Mason!

I called at 7:59 am Monday morning, asked if they could fit an alignment in. The man said yes, I came and they said it would be an hour. I told the man I was going to walk to Walmart and I'd be back in an hour. I came back into and my car had not even been worked on and when I said you told me it would be an hour they said there was people with appointments.
When I told them but you told me to bring it in I just signed papers you said you were going to work on it and I can pick it up in an hour I was walking to Walmart and then suddenly they couldn't remember me coming in at all and they didn't open and I didn't call they said.
No mind you the entire waiting room was full of men I was the only woman they are seeking services on my car. 8150 front alignment they definitely weren't doing me a favor.
This is the second time I've been there and they made me wait while they waited on male customers and then acted like I wasn't there before the men. Last time I ended up buying a new car because I couldn't get anyone to fix my old car now I need just an alignment and tire discounters just not the place to go. If your a female

Several weeks go on a Friday evening my daughter had a flat tire at her home. I called the Eastgate location and spoke with Jim Butcher as I arrived at her house to put her spare on. It was around 5:30 pm and the store closed at 6pm. I was unsure if the tire was repairable do to the location of the screw so Jim gave me his personal number and told me to text him a picture which I did. He received the picture and said the tire could be repaired as long as the inner liner of the tire was ok. He said he was booked all day Saturday but for me to bring the vehicle in and he would get it worked in. I dropped the vehicle off Saturday morning and within 2 hours Jim called and said it was done. I really appreciate how Jim took his time with me on Friday evening telling me to text him the pic rather than rushing to get off the phone since it was so close to closing time. Jim was super nice and greeted me with a smile on Saturday morning and again when I picked up the vehicle. Employees like Jim make businesses like this shine. Thanks again Jim.

I bought 4 KO3 tires for my 4runner. You cannot beat their price (I tried) everything included makes it cheaper than trying to buy wholesaler and then having to pay for mount/balance and alignment. On top of all that I also got a free oil change! Will come back!

This guy named Jim Butcher is incredibly rude and disrespectful. He should not be there interacting with customers in front of the house. He does not show any form of acknowledgment for any customer when they walk in. Seriously, either fire this guy or retrain him on how to deal with customers.
Update: I did send an email to dire discounters support with all details and nothing happened. Never giving them any business.

I’ve been a customer of Tire Discounters for over 30 years. I’ve always bought my tires there and had all my maintenance and oil changes done with them. I never had to wait more than an hour.
I moved to this area a few months ago and was happy to find a Tire Discounters nearby. I made an appointment a week ahead of time for an oil change so I could go on my lunch hour. I ended up waiting three hours. After two hours I asked how much longer and was told 20 minutes, but several people who came in after me were finished before me. No one apologized or explained what was going on.
All they had to do was tell me they were backed up or short-staffed and I would have gladly rescheduled. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a place of business. Sadly, after 30 years, they’ve lost my business.

I have gotten tires from here twice. The first time they over inflated my tires by just about 10lbs which caused my tire pressure light to come on every time I would drive my car. Even after it had been reset. When I returned I was told “we let some air out, but we would NOT have put too much air”. I had not touched my tires. After they let some air out making it the correct amount the light hasn’t been on since. A few years go by and I return to get tires. Yet again my tire pressure light comes on after they put the new tires on about five minutes after I start to drive. In less than 24hrs my light had come on 4 times. I stopped in to have them check the pressure as that was the issue last time but….all the pressure was fine. They told me if it continues then I would need to replace the sensor. I asked if it continues, should I just return for them to replace it since it wasn’t a problem before THEY put new tires on. The man at the desk more or less told me no they wouldn’t replace it because it wasn’t caused by them. Since the tire is placed on the outside and the sensor is on the inside of to rotor. Even though I haven’t had the tire pressure light come on since the first time I got tires here. I left and the light came back on not even five minutes down the road. I completely understand that they shouldn’t have messed with the sensor, but I also understand that accidents can happen and mistakes can be made. Them taking accountability since this WAS NOT and issue before I got my tires replaced, would have been great but it doesn’t seem like that will happen. The man told me “sensors go bad” when I asked “it just magically went bad during the 1hr I was here last night after you guys put new tires on.” And he said “it happens”. I will NEVER return.

I arrived at tire discounters on Friday October 3rd at 658 with a large screw and you could hear the air coming out of my tire..they was able to get my car in to a bay for the night and had my car done and ready for pickup Saturday by 9am…I truly appreciate all the hard work they did to get my car back to me early Saturday everyone was so kind thanks again for everything

Jim and Larry are the BEST! We take all of our vehicles there and they always do thorough and complete work… and they always make time to answer our questions. Honest. Trustworthy. Amazing team. They bring the “small shop mechanic” feel to the business and that is why we always go back.

Yesterday my tire light came on at 430pm. Checked pressure, saw a nail, called TD. Garrett answered and said if I could get in right away, they could take care of it. Mind you, they close at 7pm and I wasn't getting there until 5.
When I got there, the line was 10+ people deep-I didn't think it would happen!
They made it happen! In and out in an hour and a half.
This is why I go to this location. I started when they opened and got my full set of tires from them, got this repair and another taken care of quickly. Another family member goes there as well.
