Townescapes has been wonderful to work with from the beginning. They just do the right thing at every step, from design to installation, both hardscape and landscape, they are true professionals and just a pleasure to work with. It's becoming more and more rare to find this quality of both customer service and workmanship, I'd use them over and over again. You get what you pay for and it's worth it!

Excellent experience working with Townescapes for our project which included a complete rebuild of our bluestone steps, repair of a multi-level bluestone patio, removal of concrete spa coping and replacement with travertine, and removal of exterior spa tile and replacement with veneer stone. Very high level quality and overall professional experience for all parts of the project. Highly recommend!

Townescapes is the best! We have had them do multiple projects on our property over the past three or four years, including all of our backyard (decking, landscaping, lighting, etc.), our front yard (landscaping, lighting, wall, etc.), and a new driveway, front walk and front porch. They do our spring and fall yardwork, and our snow removal in the winter. Shane Bordwine and his team (Adam, Richie, Luis and many others) are outstanding! Top notch customer service with high quality and incredible responsiveness. They provide tremendous care and make you feel like you are their only customer. My wife and I have received countless comments on how great our property looks (and it is the best around) given the great work and personal touch Townescapes provides. I would highly recommend Townescapes for any and all projects. I am confident you would be highly satisfied with their level of quality and professionalism.

It's been ten years now since Townscapes put in our backyard pool scape. It is more beautiful now than ever. It was a huge investment but has provided a fantastic return in enjoyment. I was a crabby customer during the process but so very satisfied with this great company right down the road from me.

Townscapes provides awesome service and an even greater finished product! Their work is incomparable! Their team is so professional and extremely hard working. In fact they were still working when it was getting dark arriving to our home early in the morning! The finished product? All I can say is stunning! Shane helped us come up with a plan and the execution was awesome! Thanks to Shane, Eric, Richie and a very hard working team. Townescapes did an amazing job on our back yard project. We put in an in-ground pool and Townescapes handled the surrounding patio, retaining wall, landscaping and sod. They started with a sketch of the project and came up with some ideas we never would have thought of, which we loved. They would communicate status of the project regularly and let us know in advance when their team was going to be onsite. The workers all were very friendly and knowledgeable and always made sure they cleaned up before leaving for the day. When I asked them to make a minor update after the project was complete, they didn't hesitate and were out the next day taking care of it and making it look even better. We will definitely use them again for any future outdoor projects.

Overall, Townescapes did an amazing job with our landscape project around our pool area. From the initial design meeting to the finish project, everyone was easy to work with, creative, and went well beyond expectations. For example, without me asking, they edged out and mulched landscape beds that were not part of the plans. Their workers were very courteous and did a remarkable job with cleaning up after the job was complete. I highly recommend Townescapes for any landscape project!

Great experience with Townescapes in transforming our backyard and creating a space we will enjoy for years to come.
Shane was great to work with on design - incorporating years of experience with our own personal tastes. Townscape also worked well with our other vendors (pool company, electrician, plumber, etc) to keep things on track. We could not be happier with the outcome!

We had bricks installed around our inground pool by the Townscapes team. Everything was amazing from the communication from Chris to the laying of the bricks by Luis and his team. He was truly an artist and takes great pride in his work! Thanks for a job well done-would highly recommend!

This company is a class act start to finish. They worked long days to expedite the completion of the job. The job site was cleaned up each day at close of business. They were detail oriented and perfectionists spearheading any possible technical difficulties in advance. They were perfectionists. We enjoyed working with Townescapes!
