“We have been using Sand Run pharmacy for years. I would recommend them over and over again. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is like no other pharmacy I have ever experienced. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and friendly .10/10 would recommend!”

“Klines is a great pharmacy ! They have been open longer than I have been alive and the people that work there are very nice! I have had a couple bad situations with a young lady that works in pharmacy, she was so rude and was treating me very poorly and bad. I not one time respond back with any bad attitude or did I treat her badly back like she was with me. And she also told me my refill can’t be filled to Monday. I responded back with they I no the laws etc! This is my last refill anyways on this medicine bottle an I am allowed to get it filled 2 days early with my original day is monday may 6 2024 that day would be 30 days l! But I was told that today 2 days earlier I’m allowed to get filled and my insurance will clear it to be filled and I always have a copay like thing I don’t remember what it’s called but covers some of the refill and I have to pay like 10 dollars as a copay or something ! O”

“I am above-knee amputee confined to wheelchair; I have some brain damages and hard to talk; Celena B at c/o was Super kind and friendly and helped me to load all my groceries in easy to handle bags in my personal cart also Big Thanx to young Lady stocking who offered me help as I got confused and it is embarrasing but I get lost in the stores from my brain problems. The store was very clean and everything was fresh and well stocked.”

“I felt faint while shopping 7 days ago and the manager was great providing extraordinary help with chair , water, a motorized cart ( my first time using one, and continued assistance thru checkout. Thank you to him at 360 Waterloo in Akron. The staff at the customer service desk was also outstanding, They contacted the manager quickly when I asked a customer standing in line to ask them for a chair when I started to feel faint. They also offered encouragement and appreciated concern.This is also thank you to that customer and another. This customer walked over when she saw me in distress and stood with me, offering encouragement until the manager came. I am greatly appreciative of them all. I continued to shop in the clean, spacious, store with a wide variety of fresh produce and many choices of a wide array of groceries and other items.”

“It's a small pharmacy, which I like. I've been going there for my prescriptions for over 4 years. I have one recurring complaint. Many times I've called and asked if my scripts were ready to be picked up. I then go there, and am told they are indeed not ready. Then they ask me to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. Very irritating, now I ask them to check the filled prescriptions, not the computer.”
“I work for Doordash, and I picked up an order from them today. The employee who helped me, Mindy is her name, was excellent. She was very prompt, she served with a smile, and she made sure I understood everything about the order. You have a good one here, a raise wouldn't be out of line, I think!”

“After my first visit to a Sams Club today @ (~11am) I feel like I may have made a mistake, probably should have went with Costco. When I finished shopping today and was leaving the lady at the door was nowhere to be seen, she definitely was not at the door so I didn’t see her. When she seen that I was going for the exit she rushed over and stopped me. My wife explained we were new customers and she rolled her eyes at her. I nearly went back in to return everything but my wife didn’t want me to make a scene. Your employees should understand that we have options, and should treat customers like their job depends on it, because it does.

“I ordered a cake for our 14th anniversary. When I ordered It, I told the baker that we had almond cake at our wedding and it was my favorite. My husband’s name is often misspelled, so I carefully spelled it and double checked that she wrote it down correctly. I asked for tulips because we are Dutch. We picked up the cake, sighed in relief that Niels’ name was spelled correctly and oohed over the tulips. When we got home to share the cake with our household, we noticed that it said happy BIRTHDAY and *my* name was spelled wrong! ??♀️ I fixed it. ? It was still delicious. ?”
“I've been using this location for decades. The Pharmacists are the absolute best, totally knowledgeable, friendly and have gone the extra mile to help when there have been unforeseeable issues. Extra kudos to Brian and Gregg.
I've had to use CVS, Walmart and Giant Eagle both in Wadsworth and Barberton in the past and had bad experiences... especially with both CVS stores.

“When you approach the store you are greeted by a big sign labeling sanitized carts. After taking your carts there is also a label informing patrons of the exit and entrance. Additionally, I'm always greeted with a smile. The costumer service is exceptional! The cashiers put your groceries in bags and then even put them in your cart for you!! I was so surprised that I even tipped them a coupe times. The store in general is very expensive in comparison to stores with cheaper prices and organic food. The quality is low and the prices are exorbitant even. I even saw a jug of orange juice for about $5.00!! I couldn't believe it! I'd you want to save money or spend wisely it will probably be best to shop conservatively when there. If you have an emergency and absolutely need something maybe go to a gas station, they'll probably be cheaper.”
“I see so many negative reviews here. But when we started coming to this particular pharmacy we see it’s totally different. Pharmacist “Mr: Austin” is very caring, compassionate, and professional. He’s such an excellent communicator. We were expecting some medications but they weren’t there. Mr Austin immediately called the healthcare provider to make sure we get the medication. “10 minutes from our house in Copley Ohio. Generally prescriptions from local physicians and hospitals are filled within 24 hours. If it is an exotic medication it is obtained from other sources and ready the next day. Staff is friendly and it's the best place to keep up with your immunizations for which they keep a record that is transmitted to your primary medical source. Depending on your insurance immunizations are free. In contrast to having the immunization at a hospital there's no charge for a treatment room. The pharmacist is always ready to answer your questions.”

Wide aisles so it was easy for two carts to be in an aisle at the same time. Plenty of staff around the store of which each one said hello to me and asked if I needed any help or assistance.
