The staff does the absolute minimum and refused to update my insurance information 15 min before they closed because it would take "20 minutes". Had to pay out of pocket. God forbid anyone works 5 min beyond their closing time.

I called and asked a question and the girl thought it was a prank call....... do your frickin job. i hung up that call with zero of my questions answered and more irritated than before due to waiting on hold for 10 minutes prior. waste of time.

Pharmacy staff is kind, competent and quick! I have had a lot of medication dosage changes recently and they have worked with my doctor so I have had no gaps in treatment, which has been great!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Consistently rude every time no matter who you deal with. Taking all of my prescriptions elsewhere!

This pharmacy is terrible and the pharmacist is extremely rude! They never have anything in stock, most recently I renewed my daughters epi pen that should have been good through December 2023. When I called to ask about why I was given an epi pen that says it expires in 9 months on the box, but CVS labeled it as expiring 3 months after the actual expiration date, I was met with lies of they only make epi pens good for 6-9 months. After questioning that statement, he pharmacist them changed his tune and said that's all they could get and that I was lucky to get it for at least 6 months. When I asked about why CVS had labeled it the way they did I was met with a rude, "I can't answer that and I have other prescriptions that I need to fill." Like my questions were inconveniencing him. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. CVS, if your pharmacist can't speak to people professionally and handle minimal customer service, you should think twice about employing them. It's simple interactions and professionalism, not rocket science!
