“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

He tried to find a car that was no longer available but still listed for sale - not his fault. He tried to have everything ready for when we arrived at the dealer for a fast delivery but management did not get the documents ready-took 2 days. Buy your next Audi from Steve but be ready for delays once you have closed the deal with him.”
