Avery has saved my hair twice. First from a haircut I received that thinned my hair to where I needed hair to grow. Second, from hair damage I created drying my hair. My hair feels and looks amazing! She is extremely kind, very knowledgeable about Aveda hair products and she is authentic in caring about your hair and making you feel and look beautiful.

Krista, Avery, and their team are amazing.
They are knowledgeable and friendly. They aren't pushy and genuinely seem like they want the best for your hair and beauty. I've heard this from anyone I have referred to them. I highly recommend this store and their team!

I am beyond happy that I stopped in the Aveda store this past Sunday (I haven't visited an Aveda store in at least 5+ years)! Abigail S. gave me what was possibly THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had! Not only was she incredibly nice and inviting, she was also very knowledgeable about the products!! She helped me find a shampoo/conditioner combo that would manage the amount of damage my poor hair has gone through with regular bleachings -- and I've already seen a BIG difference in my hair after just one use! I will absolutely come back to this store whenever I need more hair products as long as Abigail is working there! I don't usually write many reviews, but I was exceptionally blown away by this particular employee!

Aveda products are OVERPRICED and OVERRATED. The volumizing spray smells horrible and the sprayer is ill made so that it gets all in your eyes, etc. Results are poor. You have to mask up to use it. Deserves zero stars. Probably costs them a buck fifty to make each one.

Aveda in beachwood has the best staff!!! Abby S. in particular. She goes above and beyond for her customers and makes sure to answer any and all questions you might have! Her knowledge for skin care is extraordinary. I have ordered directly from her so, so many times, and with each order you can tell she takes her time, she is attentive to detail, and overall so thoughtful when packaging it up for you-I mean ribbons on each items and everything. From all the places I have ordered, nobody compares to her. She is seriously AMAZING! I recommend her to anyone I know looking for skin, hair, and body care!

This AVEDA store at Beachwood Place is by far not only the best store I have been to but, the entire experience here exceeds expectations. Nick Kissinger and his team always go above and beyond to provide a one of a kind experience. They are so friendly and always treat customers with a smile. The store always looks new and exciting; not to mention, smells delightful! I have been loyal to this store since 2006 and drive out of my way every month to visit them. Keep up the good work Nick and team!
