Now that I’m not sick anymore let me fill you in!There are 0 Japanese cooks which is WILD! We are paying for the experience and got nothing!Stephanie was nice but she should not be cooking food, she can kill someone!She cooked raw chicken with raw steak- insane!She cooked our food one at a time so nobody ate together!She was not cooking the food to it’s entirety especially the chicken.Of course we were getting small portions because she was giving the first people most of the food!For safety reasons she may not need to cook, nice lady but that cross contamination is insane!

With a party of 5, arriving 40 min from closing, I honestly expected a mediocre dining experience. How shocked and grateful to say that was not what we experienced! The staff was so kind, the chef was very friendly and attentive to our food allergies. The food was awesome! It was the same Benihana meal but made with love and passion. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly. She smiled the entire time! Before leaving, I made sure to tell the manager how appreciative we were for such an amazing dinner. Considering we were in town for a funeral, this was a nice stop before heading home. **sorry I don't have pictures...it was so good we ate it all before I remembered to take a picture ?**Dietary restrictions: Very attentive to dietary needs and allergiesParking: Plenty of parking available

First time here since I've been in Cleveland. It took over a hour to get a take-out and order and the place wasn't even packed. Once I got the food it was lukewarm and I didn't receive everything that was promise. Missing white rice, no tea and barely any chicken. For $38 that's unacceptable. Was hoping to have my job function here this upcoming weekend. I heard that this was better than Wasabi. WRONG! We will definitely find somewhere else to dine at

We came in as a family of 5 in hopes of getting the experience of an authentic hibachi restaurant. The restaurant was pretty ran down, but we also noticed there were zero Asian chefs which was a bit disappointing considering we went there for a certain experience. Our waitress was Okay no complaints really and the chef was nice but the food was lacking. The chicken was very dry, and the shrimp fried rice was also dry. Veggies was probably the best part. The food was very expensive for the quality of food and you can tell a cheap cut of chicken is what they’re using. The drinks were also really expensive but watered down. I doubt I will ever return.

The food itself is good but the portion size for the price isn’t as well as the service I went there 3/14 and I don’t plan on returning the server barely came to my table and we had to keep reminding her about refills and our salad the cook was good I was Also over charged for my son drink the experience was about 2-3 hours which is another reason I won’t be back

THIS USED TO BE A GREAT PLACE UNTIL THEY STARTED CUTTING CORNERS.THE FOOD WAS OK. RESERVATIONS FOR 7:30 AND THE COOK DIDN'T GET TO US TIL 10:00. COLD SOUP. THE PORTIONS ARE GETTING SMALLER AND SMALLER. PRICES ARE THRU THE ROOF....SMH STOP HACKING UP ONE ZUCCHINI AND STRETCHING IT AMONGST 8PPL. STOP SLICING ONE CHICKEN BREAST THREE TIMES. IT'S ALMOST AS THIN AS LUNCH MEAT!!LOL

My great-grandson wanted to go here for his birthday. We were a party of 10. This was the worse experience of dining out I have ever experienced. The food was terrible the service was even worse. My meal was $117 and the noodles had to taken off because it was forgotten, in fact one diners meal wasn’t put in at all. There is no incentive to do a good job because they are aware they’re gonna get their tip regardless. I expect to tip and I’m a good tipper but I tip according to the service I receive. This is a real review so please don’t go here with a group and we did have a reservation. I will never go back and can’t believe they’ve been in business this long.

horrible experience, food was subpar. waitress didn’t care to be there. she left out several things on the order. two of the other guests ended up with no rice or noodles due to her never marking it down. the busser was a better waiter than the waitress. addressed issues with the manager and he did not give a you know what. the host and hostess was in the front making out. ghetto experience, save your money and go somewhere else.Wheelchair accessibility: elevator was broken made it difficult for those in a wheelchair or handicapped to get down to the location

I arrived for a 7pm reservation and was told that it will be about ten minutes all the while the two men at the desk was joking around and being unprofessional.After 15 minutes I asked the guys how much longer and at first they ignored me then responded about another 10 to 15 minutes at that time we left. I have been to several Benihana in California, Florida and Hawaii and since I was in Cleveland for a visit I decided to take a friend to the restaurant and was embarrassed for telling them about my past experience.Well that won't happen again ?

My husband took me here to celebrate our anniversary with family & friends. The bathroom was a total disgusting mess. You could tell no one attempted to tend to this area. Our server, Tony, started off pleasant but towards the end of our visit became very disgruntled and attitudinal. We did not get the rest of our 6 course meal that we spent $$$$ on even though she stated she would tend to it after we finished paying for our meals. Our chef, JD, however was the highlight of our dining experience and made our evening worthwhile. He was very pleasant and engaged with our group. I thought we would get an authentic Asian experience here but it seems that this may be a thing of the past.

Server delayed taking our order so we were there for a very long time. Our reservation was at 5:45 PM and we did not leave until 8 PM. We were seated by six in the food order was not put in until at least 6:30 PM. The food is always was great. The chef was a little slow in the food prep, but it was very good.
