I was driving in from out of state to purchase a vehicle, so I had several requests for pics and other information. They were quick to respond and accommodating. At the dealership, Richie Allison made the process easy. He was knowledgeable and informative.AJ, Amos, Richie, and Mario were all great.

My experience was my first cost for the services was changed and it made more problems not requested. To not what originally asked and quoted for the services. After adjustments for what really was needed that originally asked for the services took more than 6 hours waiting for in person for finished and complete to leave. Okay, otherwise I think about what the things that was added to my auto problem mention as too needed. Service providers should allow the customer to view pictures of said vehicle other problems that's claims also need to be addressed for repairs. It would be very helpful to show pictures of the vehicle problem parts claiming also in need of repair. Thank for allowing this Dealership Satisfaction Survey.

I had a great experience at Crestmont Buick and GMC. Everyone was on top of their game. Chris Svoboda was my salesman and he’s your guy! Good at his job and an honest guy to deal with. Definitely will recommend and deal with again in the future.

My SUV was held for transmission error codes that could not be properly diagnosed, and no one was contacting me on updates. I left three (3) messages with three (3) different associates, and only one called me back after 8 hours of no contact. Extremely disappointed.A service mechanic told me "once you start getting transmission problems, you should sell the car & buy a new one." I would have expected them to say "get it fixed correctly & still drive (our) vehicle", not abandon a defective model.

I was very happy with my experience at Crestmont Buick I just purchased a 2020 Buick Encore Richie made the experience very easy explained in detail what would be the greatest fit for me and from the GM Amos to Aj to the rest of the team everyone was so helpful and wanted to really make sure not only I had a great experience but that i stayed in my budget they worked with me and made sure I not only got a vehicle but something I wanted as well!!

Nate Hull was absolutely fabulous. He was extremely efficient and responsive to our request. The buyer overall experience was well worth it. We were in and out of the dealership with our purchase in less than an hour.When you visit Crestmont of Beachwood don’t forget to ask for Nate!

I'm pleased with the experience I had at Crestmont. But my experience with Yvonne Owen was stellar! From the moment we initially spoke on the phone, to the time I drove off in the vehicle I was after, she was the same person. She was never pushy, didn't talk in circles around questions you ask, and 100% honest even if it might not be something you wanna hear. Yes, she is in fact the ever elusive straight shooter car salesperson. You quickly find out who your getting with her. Nothing gets sugar coated to try and sway you. I will return to her when the need shows up. THANK YOU YVONNE!

I have been reluctantly servicing my vehicle here for the past 4 years out of convenience. It was hard to get a hold of anyone in the service department to schedule oil changes, etc. Now that they have Gabe Levine, it’s been such a positive change. He is so helpful and goes above and beyond. He is kind, knowledgeable, friendly and exactly what this service department needed. He took my one star review to a 5-star.

I bought a car here a while ago but the people I worked with were absolutely FANTASTIC! I worked with Nate to get a car and he even stayed later to help when he was about to go on his honeymoon!! Absolutely amazing experience. It was smooth, quick, and I felt like they really genuinely wanted to help me. Absolutely would recommend and this will be the first place I look when I am in the market again!

My main purpose for going to the dealer was "Service All Wheel Drive" warning light. The service advisor was very pleasant and really wanted to help. However, the only thing that she came back with was an $800 fix that may or may not fix the problem. I will not go back to the dealer since they could not fix something that I believe very much should have been in their wheel house.

I worked with Mikayla Martin. I came in with wanting an SUV and trading in my Kia. She brought up a couple options based on what I told her and what I would like to keep my price range in. The whole process took 2 days (because I wanted to go home and sleep on the car I ended up purchasing). Once it came time to closing the deal, it was seem-less and worked out great. I highly recommend working with her!

The service department did a great job THIS time although the last I had to escalate a simple seat repair to their service manager Cecilia. I had to return several times for the same issue when the seat assembly simply needed replacement. Cecilia did get it resolved and kept me informed the entire time but the waste of my time was senseless.My lease came to an end and I decided to keep the car and purchase an extended warranty through Crestmont GMC. I called Mario, finance manager multiple times, left multiple messages and no response. Chris Svoboda in sales called me and I talked to him about the issue. He promised to help. I never heard back from him. I called Cecilia again. She went to speak to Mario and called me in his presence where he promised to email me a quote. NOTHING! I recently took my truck in for maintenance and talked to Cecilia who advocated on my behalf for this warranty again, even though this was clearly a failure with the finance manager. Finally, I meet with Mario after months of zero follow up. I asked him why he didn’t call me back and he offered no real response rather offered me a $10 gas card for a GMC Yukon. Does that sound like a solution to such a failure in communication? Absolutely not! I’ve purchased three vehicles from this dealer. My family has purchased vehicles from them and all of our service is done with them. If this is what I am to expect, my future here is questionable.

I special ordered a vehicle through Crestmont. The vehicle was assembled faster than expected and the team and Crestmont was very communicative from the initial ordering all the way to delivery. I am absolutely satisfied with their service and would, without hesitation, recommend Crestmont to anyone looking for a GMC. Thanks, guys!
