“This was my first time going to this carwash and I was very happy that I did. I called first to make sure they were open. They answered!! Luckily, I pulled right in, no waiting. They were very friendly and made it clear what services they had as well as there products. I got the inside and outside wash and they did a great job. I felt like the cost was fair and competitive. I will go back.”
“This was my first time at this car wash and the young man Tay walked me through everything. I didn’t intend to get a membership but Tay was so thorough in the freezing cold I couldn’t turn him down.”

“Ceramic 4 Ultra is a great wash and I appreciate the option to go touchless. The water really beads on my car when it rains. Plenty of strong vacuums available(w/crevice tool) and the towel exchange program is a plus.
However, I must say at multiple Clean Express locations, I find myself dying off more water versus the competitor at the end. Maybe a stronger/ longer drying segment is needed. A mat washing station would also be a gamechanger.
Overall, a satisfying experience and I will return.”
“Great place! Staff is so friendly & helpful. I frequently go to the S. Euclid location because it by my house. The staff there is awesome!! Rain, sunshine or snow, they always have a smile on their faces. Sometimes, I don't know how they do it. Lol! “Great service! I live near Cleveland and my car was COVERED in the aftermath of this year’s midges. Turns out it didn’t come off that easily and two people spent about 10 minutes power washing and scrubbing to loosen it up before the wash so it would come out clean. Very impressive!”

I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.”

“My driver's side, side-view mirrow was hanging by a thread when I came out of the carwash. The very nice manager sent me to a local repair shop. The mirror was replaced, Zoom covered the cost, it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff is courteous and helpful.”

“It took me a minute to figure out how to work this thing. But once I did, everything proceeded rather smoothly.
I got the premium wash. I like the fact that there were no brushes to scratch the surface of my car. It uses a water cannon technique to power wash and high velocity air jets to dry.
The wash left my ride looking nice and shiny. Then, I hopped on the freeway to finish off the drying process. I did notice when I got home, though, that there were white spots of what I think was the spray on wax. But, I was able to wipe those clean with water and a microfiber cloth. I also noticed that even though my tires were clean, there was no tire shine. I guess this kind of setup can only do so much.
All in all, I'd say it was a good experience. I think I will go back again.”

“10x more professional than Take 5…They’ve installed new equipment and my car is so much cleaner. Their employees don’t seem miserable like Take 5, but would have been nice to know they were closed for weeks to change ownership. Otherwise hands down the easiest for me on my way to work to get a car wash…I hope they stay this way!”
