Very rude stuff!! Especially the Manager !I’m always going to Parma they are very nice and friendly buuuuut here at Beachwood mall !!!!!!!!!!! Big difference and disrespectful!He said don’t come back again!! Don’t worry ? NO MORE AGAIN!

POOR customer service, when my food was done the lady just put my food on the counter and didn’t put my food in a bag . She just sat the bag on the side .
