I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.

Sophia’s class is superb and so much fun. Starting at 06:30 AM, she'll have you working on a wide variety of muscle groups some of that I didn't even know I had to improve on. I perform long-distance endurance running but after a few hours and a nap after her class, on the same day, I already feel just a bit soreness that usually hits a day or two after running. I also have to mention, the playlist was quick and up pace, and the class will fly by. They have cool socks too. 12/10

Love Corus because It’s such a fun but challenging workout and a little different every-time. The instructors are all amazing and so helpful, ensuring you really are getting the most out of each workout for your body.

As a personal trainer, I love trying new ways of working out. I found CORUS45, figured I’d give a try, and wow was I served a slice of humble pie!! It was a great challenge and made me realize what areas I still need to strengthen. I love the high energy and can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been an athlete my entire life and never had any workout actually given me abs. Low impact to protect longevity while building stability, you can take this class at any pace or any level and build. Instructors are fantastic and music is what drew me!

Ok I am absolutely obsessed! My first class was amazing and difficult in a good way. Grace, my instructor, was so nice & made me feel incredibly comfortable trying something new.

Such a fun, powerful and challenging workout. I have been to Bella’s class twice and she is such a confident, encouraging and passionate teacher. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does & she makes you feel strong and empowered. She pushes you to your edge in a way that is kind & considerate and extremely effective. The staff and community are welcoming and the studio is very clean and organized. I can’t wait to be back.

Truly one of the most challenging classes I’ve ever taken. Corus works muscles you don’t normally use at the gym, and after nearly 4 months of consistent weekly classes, I can feel myself getting stronger. All the instructors are amazing and the studio has great vibes.

Amazing and effective workouts. Worth every penny!!! If I could, I would take a class every day! All of the instructors and wonderful and know you by name. They're helpful and will guide you during the workout!! It's very intense but in the best way possible! Why pay for a gym membership to lose empty calories on a tread mill when you can get results fast?! -- not to mention, classes are only 45 minutes!
