I had an appointment for a full balayage and a hair cut. My hair stylist was Debbie and i showed her the picture of what i wanted and she told me it was totally possible and that she could do it. After toning my hair she said she by accident toned it too dark, but insisted then to say that when the hair was going to be dry i was gonna see more of the highlights i wanted. The hair i got is nothing alike for what i asked for. There’s lighter spots in the front but it absolutely doesn’t match the rest of the head because it’s just brown. This isn’t what i’ve asked for and i spent 300$ for nothing.

Pictures should be updated because this salon is truly beautiful! All staff was extremely friendly, Julia was my stylist and she was exceptional! She made my hair look, feel, and smell better than ever before. Also she was so friendly and knowledgeable!!

My stylish was Lauren. Lauren's personality was so pleasant, though she didn't know how to create soft layers in asian textured hair. Everything was so choppy and uneven. Definitely not what I asked for. It was way too short. She only asked if the length was OK AFTER she cut it. I mentioned using texturing sheers to which she replied that she preferred doing the textuurizing with normal sheers. It didn't take enough bulk out in terms of density, but it became too short. I'm going to be wearing my hair back and making every effort to hide my embarrassing new hairstyle until it grows back out. I asked for a trim, long face framing layers but to only shorten the bang area because it grows out faster than the rest. She made the entire crown area too short instead. She needs more practice with asian textured hair. It needs lots of intentional layers to soften a cut. It looks way too blunt, like there are terraces on my head. Disappointment is an understatement.

Maria was the stylist for my daughter today. She was fantastic! She treated my 10 year old like a real client. Maria made conversation with her, asked her if she would like a shampoo and blow dry. Maria gave my daughter the perfect haircut - perfect length and lovely blow dry, she looked super cute! We're always very happy with Dino Palmieri and especially happy with Maria. We hope to see her again!

Have been going to see Kelly Pascal for 3 years now, she has advanced to Artistic Director and it's well deserved. I ask for a simple beautiful hair cut that requires minimal maintenance and she delivers consistently! Always asks and listens to my input and has suggestions but respects my wishes. Never oversold products which I appreciate. I understand she's also an amazing colorist but I haven't tried that. You cannot go wrong with Kelly I highly recommend her!

Worst location and poor quality service! My daughter had her partial highlights on 7/29/2022 with Gene- director who supposed to be the highest stylist but we had the worst experience ever. The service lasted 2 and half hours only which surprised me. Usually with the length of my daughter's hair will take at least 4 hours. After 5 days her hair color stripped. Can't even see any red, it turned out like dark blonde with a touch of light pink. I called and they scheduled another appointment. We had to go back a week and 2 days after just to fixed it. The director dyed her hair again but he didn't even dry her hair. Imagine walking out of the salon, walking around the mall with your hair wet like dripping wet? So embarrassing! I had to call a manager to complain that we are not going home until her hair is blow dry. She apologized because the stylist have another appointment and couldn't dry her hair. They were fully booked so I explained it to her that we shouldn't be there in the first place if they did it right. It was inconvenient for us driving back and spent another hour for it. The manager herself blow dry my daughter's hair. We were expecting a good quality service but no! If could give zero star I would. Dino Palmieri inside Beachwood mall is the worst.

I was having the worst day but once I got to the salon everything changed. Very calming zen experience. I left looking and feeling a thousand times better. Highly recommend.

New way to curl hair using flat iron instead of curling iron. Very effective. Good head massage.

Got exactly what I wanted with color and cut. Debbie was my stylist and she was so good at giving me exactly what I came in for. It was my first visit with her and it's as if she knew my hair. Perfect !!!

Lauren is ALWAYS very friendly, professional and does exactly what I ask. Dino should be grateful to have her as an employee!! Being in a management position i can tell shes a keeper!! I will be back! Its always very convenient to get an appointment at the time that I want even when its last minute. Great salon! Front desk help very nice as well
