My typical visit to Express as annual customer is quite average and below, specially in Beachwood location. However, today’s visit I came through twice to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.
The minute I stepped I had been greeted by an elegant smile, swift service in checkout and so calm and appreciative in nature, to paint picture, in my last year visit I purchased 4 suites and wanted garment bag for each, at the time I needed to fight for each and for the hangers and was faced with attitude , on contrary to today, I asked to check price of four items and requested a garment for my dresses, and had received beyond an excellent service and no hassle. Fast and on time.
P.S. this was all one person and remainder of staff were friendly too! Shout out to Najih for making it a lovely experience.

My husband and I love the quality of the clothes so we find ourselves shopping the SOUTHPARK location all the time, we decided to shop at Beachwood and the customer service is questionable in fact there is none I will not be visiting this location again .

Horrible customer service. Was not offered any help. Three employees sitting at the register talking instead of trying to assist customers. They need a customer service training class! Or maybe they are in the wrong line of work.

A woman and man were working the checkout. I was never assisted by anyone in the store. And honestly this was one of the rudest transactions I have ever experienced let alone spending over $600 dollars in the store. I was lucky to get a grunt from either employee let alone a word. Express you really need to check out who you are hiring, I felt insulted after I left. Doesn’t matter what you are spending a dollar or 1,000 but wow a word from someone would have been nice. I will never go back to this location!!

The express in Beachwood is the worst ever. The manager is very rude and does not have good customer service skills. I also asked one of the workers a question and he seemed to be a bit bothered that I asked him. I then had to break down the question due to him not understanding that I was asking if the editor pants came in other sizes. He later said he was new. So I’m guessing new employees don’t know how to greet customers and work with them. He then asked the manager and she didn’t want to answer the question. I will be ordering on line, but since when did express start hiring such inexperienced rude workers. Do not shop in this location.

Very disrespectful employees, omg I couldn’t believe how they were treating me today, Im shopping with my friend who has a credit card and needed to shop and try things on, im sitting on the couch and I see how the employees all are whispering and looking at me, made me feel uncomfortable, and I’m helping my friend find jeans and one of the employees comes up and says excuse me and basically makes me move out of her way while I’m shopping, now when me and my friend checked out im standing behind her in line and I get like 3 different employees passing through me saying excuse me, excuse me, so after a while I just stood there because I see they were being funny, then when I check out the guy employee literally makes me type my email on their computer!!! I didn’t even care about that I was more mad that this one same chick kept walking pass me, you need some better attitude employees because they are definitely not good people to be working there, representing express!I + People pay way to gooood of money there to be disrespected the way they treated me today.

Miss Chiqueta needs to be retrained on customer service. Very distracted , stopped to answer phone and pay more attention to other sales person instead of completing my transaction. I asked about an item and she sent me to the area to search instead of helping me. I know that it can be stressful but remember your customers. Please and thank you!
